This locations employees look so tired and beat up from being here. Nobody ever looks happy here! I been here many times and I think there’s only been 2 friendly employees which are girls that work at night. I rather go to the location on Ogden and western!

Disgusting iced latte. I drove by after school for for an iced beverage. I was the only car in the drive thru and i placed an order for a small pumpkin spice iced latte. The girl was about to hand me my drink but she hesitated and went back to put a napkin around the drink and handed it to me .She told me to have a nice day and she quickly closed the window . First sip was bland and disgusting. I removed the napkin and realized that all of the pumpkin spice sweetening was sitting at the bottom. It was literally just about half of an inch from the bottom of the cup. I’m sticking to the DD on kedzie and 27th.

I hate this location. Every time I come here, the donuts & food are always super stiff as if they been left out for days. Today I tried once again to use my mobile app to pay & once again I was told their reader«doesn’t work». I will not come back & instead go to the one on Roosevelt. What a waste of time.

Its DUNKINDONUTS!!! We don’t have those in LA. Does that make it actually better than it is? Could be. But I don’t care. Not matter where you are; if there’s one of these nearby, you will get a great start to the day. And let me tell ya, they have seriously vamped up the menu and marketing since I lived back east. The bagels are great. And you get a realistic portion of cream cheese to boot! The coffee is Dunkin. You can have BOTH for under five-bucks. The gigantic iced coffee is my fave when traveling in the summertime. Its the best.

if the bus tracker says i have a few minutes before my transfer arrives, i can’t help but cross the street for some iced coffee here. sure, it’s a chain, but i’m no snob so i like it! this location recently started offering a free donut with the purchase of a large cold drink… so that means a free snack for me! even when busy during the mornings, i feel like they manage the crowd efficiently, and i rarely wait more than a minute or so. they have a few employees working the afternoon shift who seem to be too lazy to mix up the lattes, so you might get a mouthful of sugar or cream if you don’t catch it and stir it up pretty well. my drink of choice lately has been the iced latte light, and when ordering it large, it’s sort of a tongue-twister…and that sometimes leads to a part or two of the mix being wrong. the worst is when they top it with whipped cream, and you’re left walking around with this giant drink sloshing about because there isn’t a proper lid on it. the location is very convenient for me, and i feel like it’s cheaper than a lot of the other dunkin’ locations i’ve walked into(probably because it’s not in the loop).

Personal Pizza… I recalled a discussion of my fellow Unilocalers about the approval or disapproval of Dunkin Donuts now serving Personal Pizzas. Most voiced their nay. I thought I would indulge and find out for myself. I was at a near-by Mexican eatery when I noticed a Dunkin Donuts in the same strip mall setting. Putting my Mexican take-out in the car, I entered DD with unbiased curiosity. I ordered the cheese Personal Pizza at a modest $ 2.50 or so. I didn’t see where they had it, but it was presented to me rather warm and ready to go in about three minutes. Bringing it home, it was still toasty and I decided to image it for others who might go this unknown route… It smelled good and looked ok. It measured only about 5 inches across,(some may be used to such dimensions — sorry if that’s been your experience — call me… ;)). The small pizza pie was moist and supple. and I took a bite: It was good. I had expected some cardboardy– stale and dried out medallion, but was pleasently surprised. It isn’t the best pizza pie around, but there was enough sauce and cheese to make a decent snack on the go. The crust was just a bit chewy, but not enough to fling it away in disgust and it was well spiced. I enjoyed my personal pizza from Dunkin Donuts… and would get another one anytime. — — – Update: Some have stated that the links above do not work. Try this aggregation of the three pics. Enjoy…I sure did!
