Dunkin’ Donuts

We were in the area and decided to come in for a iced coffee. The worker was nice and friendly.

Omg this place has really gone down… who hires theses people…
Smh at how long we waited. But we did because it’s cold and we wanted something warm before we go home. So I asked the lady what mugs do you have so I can purchase one… she was like squinting her eyes saying huh. Ummm we don’t sell things like that lmao… ooook smh

Horrible service. No one likes coming to a place where they are ignored. Don’t come here. Horrible service!

Oh… there isn’t a Dunkin Donuts in Northern California! I miss home! =(
The guys who helped me here was very kind and attentive. Not like some rude people you get at some spots. When home, I will be back.

I see these reviews from the past, and I noticed that this Dunkin has improved much. It’s not the best of the rest, but it does well.
What I like?
They have a little «runner» technique where they have a cashier take the order and a helper listen in to go ahead and make the drink while you order anything else. This is only done when it gets busy, though.
The Indian guys pretty much run this place, and they may seem mean at first, but that’s just how they are. They’re pretty kind.
Bathroom is cleaned often by a cleaning company.
Never really dirty.
What I dislike?
When it gets packed, it always seems to be my order that gets overlooked. No one else that I know has this problem.
There are some younger employees that just work there because they have to-​to pay bills, etc.-and you can tell. They don’t put in much effort.

Slow, shitty service. Don’t hide this review please Unilocal; just trying to save someone else the trouble of getting stuck in the parking lot of this place where everyone leaves their car wherever there happens to be room, standing in line for 15 minutes to receive undelicious coffee and crusty donuts.

The new cheddar cheese bagel sticks were burned and the cinnamon raisin ones tasted like shit.
