Domino’s Pizza

First of all, I always go to that Domino’s when we want pizza, and they never messed it up. I think you guys are just making that up, because I came here 20 times. They never ruined my delivery, so you guys should maybe stop giving them a bad review. I always order marinara sauce and they never took it out. The toppings were never messed up. Stop being haters.

I don’t care what anyone says, Domino’s is A-​OK pizza.
Back in the late months of last year, I would order 2−3x per week, for delivery (only).
Each time I did so, my pizza’s would arrive in a timely manner and would taste delicious. That is why I’m so confuzzled by all of the bad reviews. I mean, C’mon people, the pizza is damn cheap and fast — be grateful we live in a country where that’s possible.

I ordered last night and had my pizza delivered. I was able to enjoy a nice evening with my boyfriend watching animé and chowing down on pizza. :)
Can’t give it a 5-​star because it isn’t the most amazing quality, but a 4 star-​strong is my ultimate rating.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Unless you want your pizza DELIVERED LATE AND STONE COLD! We just ordered two pizzas from them this evening, and it was delivered more than 40 minutes late. Complained to the staff who insisted call after call that the food would be here soon. When you touch a pizza and the cheese doesn’t move, YOU KNOW THE PIZZA IS COLD. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Absolutely unprofessional! THIS LOCATION WON’T BE AROUND FOR LONG AND DOMINO’S WON’T BE EITHER.

This dominos absolutely sucks! I would give it negative stars if I could. The first time I ordered from them they screwed up my order big time. The lady could barely pay attention to me and my phone order. I chalked it up to them getting the kinks out bc they had just opened.
Second time I ordered, my husband showed up over there to place the order and pick it up. They STILL screwed up our order and the toppings we requested. My husband waited for way more then an hour for 2 large pizzas. A manager couldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge & correct it.
Third time I ordered a small pizza and I received it partially eaten. The delivery guy had no problems coming to my door and handing my items over. This time the manager called me and actually apologized for the partially eaten food so I let it go.
Lastly, I used the app to place an order. I placed a delivery order and the delivery person couldn’t be bothered to come upstairs. I live in a 4^th floor walk up and I was incapable of coming down that’s the reason why I ordered delivery in the first place. I wasn’t asking the lazy delivery person into my apartment. I was asking her to deliver my pizza to my door. She refused. I called the manager to talk about my order. It was clear that I was upset about the situation. I Cancelled my order. Again, the manager couldn’t be bothered. I bet if my building was a high rise with all white people then they would have came to my actual door with my pizza.
I don’t know why I gave this place so many chances but I believe in pour into my own neighborhood & its businesses. I’m completely done with this dominos.

Currently at one hour and a half waiting for a pizza from this Dominos. I’ve never experienced such slow delivery from this cheap pizza chain. If you have more than 30 minutes to reconsider the terrible food you just ordered, you think better of it and no longer want to eat dominos. That’s why I’m not even going to eat this food if it ever shows up.
A truly terrible location for an already disgusting national brand.

Horrible. The delivery driver wouldn’t get out of his car. They only brought one of our pizzas and when I called the store it rang a thousand times before anyone answered.

Do not order here. Ever! I must be a little slow because I’ve ordered from Domino’s about 15 times over the last six months. Each time I order I pay for marinara sauce. Out of every single one of those deliveries not once did I receive marinara sauce with my meal. For a while the only reason I ate at domino’s was because they kept crediting my account because their driver didn’t ever bring it along with them. One time I was so upset I actually did call them back and I made someone come around just to drop off the marinara.
Ever since I discovered Toppers pizza on Halstead, which is the best pizza you’ll ever have in your life so do yourself a favor and go order some right now, I’ve been faithful and haven’t strayed until today. I wanted something small and cheap so I mistakenly ordered from Domino’s online. After 25 minutes of watching the tracker and seeing my pizza not even being started yet, I called the location and was told there was only one driver and too many orders so they wouldn’t even start to make mine for another 30 minutes or so. I decided that was too long of a wait time for noon on Wednesday and decided to go ahead and cancel. 25 minutes later I’m sitting at my house enjoying the best Toppers pizza ever and I’m in complete satisfaction that I will never again have a lapse in judgment and order from domino’s again.
Rest assured this review is location specific. Zero stars!!!

3 hour wait. Cold pizza. Shitty customer service. Don’t order from this garbage business. Terrible.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Used the online ordering system and was given a delivery time of 15 – 25 minutes. The online order tracker indicated that the pizza was completed at 1:05. A half hour later I called to see what was going on. The woman I spoke with said that the pizza was still in the store and wouldn’t be delivered for another 30 minutes. Wow, an hour old pizza delivered more than hour after the quoted delivery time. This isn’t the first delivery issue I’ve had with this place. Order here only if you like to have your time wasted.

This is the worst dominos EVER! We just got our free pizzas (due to a 2 hour wait, at which time I refused delivery), they were once again late and the pizza looked like they put it in the warmer upside down. This disgusting mess isn’t even worth the delivery charge and tax I paid. I’m through. I’ll eat a $ 2 box of pizza rolls before I order from this hole in the wall again.

This is by far the worst Dominos! I wish I could order from another one, but I am stuck in their delivery zone only. I have tried to order delivery from them twice. The first time we called after two hours checking on our pizza that said «delivered» online yet it was not delivered yet but no one answered the phone till we made 3 more calls. When we got them on the phone they were like well it is on it’s way… we waited another hour and a half STILL NO PIZZA! So we called back and canceled our order. The second time we tried to order delivery from here thinking maybe the first time was a fluke, it took 5 phone calls (Workers who answered always rude) and 3 and a half hours to get a cold pizza that wasn’t even what I ordered in the first place.
Stay away from this Dominos location! Order from Toppers or Papa John’ if you live in the west loop neighborhood and save your self some time and hunger!

Finally got the order after 4 hours and many calls/​complaints. At least it was free, and the delivery guy was nice. Definitely would not order from here again though.

For a brand that was built on fast pizza delivery, this location fails miserably. Two hour waits, or blatant failure to deliver have become the norm. Very disappointing.

I ordered from this dominos for delivery and had the WORST experience. The pizza I received was not cooked AT ALL. The toppings were sliding off of the pizza and the dough was still gooey. I try to call the location but it just kept ringing and ringing. It happened three more times until someone finally answered and put me on hold. After being on hold for over ten minutes I hung up and called back. Finally someone answered but somehow they couldn’t send me a new pizza because the delivery was over an god and a half (I had just received my pizza and it took only 20 minutes). They refunded me but I will NEVER order from this dominos again.

I would give them negative 5 if I could!!! They never answer the phone. Oh well losing business…
