I will never go into this Cricket store location after having the worst customer service I have ever received. My mother and I were out running errands and she went into this store to buy a new cellphone case. I had been having trouble paying my bill online, so I came in with her to ask about it. While my mom is being assisted by a man behind the desk, I asked a woman who was also standing behind the counter looking off into space for help. The man interrupted and said that he would assist me when he was through with my mother. While I stood and waited, there were two women standing behind the desk not doing a thing, another woman arranging cellphone cases on a rack that was already fine, and a manager behind another desk on his cellphone! When the man finished helping my mother, he completely ignored me and went to the back to get cup of coffee. After standing there for 5 minutes without any of the employees saying a word to me, I finally approached the lady arranging the cellphone cases with my problem. She brought me over to the desk again so she could look up my account. But then she gets caught up in this long conversation about whatever game was on the night before. Since the meter maid was on that block, my mom called me and told me to come out of the store. She could also tell I wasn’t being assisted and standing in that store another minute would be a waste of time. There was no reason I should have waited so long to NOT receive an answer, and to be completely ignored by every single employee. I felt very disrespected
