Average just like any other Chipotle. I’d say the portions are here are actually very generous. They seemed to be training new workers when I was here a few days ago, but they were very curteous so my friends and I did not mind. The place was pretty empty on a Sunday afternoon, the seating was clean and it wasn’t too noisy.
There’s nothing amazing about this place, but I did not have the same issues some of the other reviewers had. Maybe because it was so empty.

This is my hometown Chitpotle closest to home. I’ve gone what feels like a million times though it’s not even half as much as the fellas I’ve dated. Dudes love Chitpotle. It’s a thing. Look it up.
If you go in the after school hours, you’ll be met with a crowd of kids eating from the nearby prep school. Overall though, I’ve always had decent service here and it’a clean location with a good amount of parking.
We all know and love the Chitpotle concept and their always reliable food is pretty much the same no matter which location you go to. 4 stars for this location!

My daughter and I went to this Chipotle because we were STARVING. We couldn’t wait to order one of their famous burrito bowls. As the young lady was making the bowls we noticed how very little she was putting in the bowl. We all know chipotle is known for having their bowls overflowing with food. Well, not this particular Chipotle. There was hardly any rice, veggies or meat. We could still see the bottom of the bowl! Where they do that at? Needless to say, we didn’t buy the bowls. We left still hungry.

Like others have stated, they skimp on quantity and you have to ask for more with every ingredient. Order guac on the side because if you get it included, you hardly get any! The location nearby on N Elston is way better. I’m not coming back to this one.

I almost always get a bowl, with chicken veggies rice and beans. It’s usually more than I need which is great bc leftovers are a thing I appreciate.
We ordered today, a group of 4 and all got bowls. When we went to get utensils we couldn’t find forks, so we asked and the cashier said «oh we’re out».
They are out, of forks. Forks.
Not even a «sorry about that».
I do like chipotle but try and eat what is basically a taco salad with a spoon… :\
Idk not having utensils just seems like something you would tell a customer when they ordered, so they had the option to change their mind. Instead I had to pay and then be stuck with whatever I got and eat like a caveman.

It’s totally unacceptable for the workers to tell us after we paid that they were OUT OF FORKS! Really? It’s got inventory! Order Order Order!!! I have an account with OfficeMax I’d be thrilled to order you some; for free food in return! Oh oh also out of half the Coke products from the drink dispenser!!! WTF? Pathetic!

Worst experience ever. How does a restaurant run out of forks, spoons, Diet Coke and Coke Zero. Absolutely horrible experience. Customers don’t come first here. Make customers aware they won’t be able to eat their food unless they use a knife. Management has room for improvement at this location.

I’d suggest getting sour cream, salsa, etc on the side. My request for «just a little bit» fell on deaf ears as the girl just plopped on the usual amount. I now understand why others ask for their condiments on the side. The workers simply don’t listen to basic requests. I wish I was able to just make it myself.

If you go during the day it’s 5 stars! During the evening its 1 star. They are awful. They are closing everything down at least a half hour before close, including leaving the doors in the entrance clipped open while it is freezing outside. The manager was just joking around with the employees and having conversation with them while serving customers.
I would definitely be back during the day but not at night.

Work walking distance from here and we all know that chipotle is ADDICTING. Seriously, I’m convinced there is crack in this stuff. Anyways– quality is always top notch, and this location is always clean. Service always friendly and fast. I’m here at least once a week. For a healthier option– go with the salad bowl. It’s no rice, and comes with a great dressing!

It has been a long time since I have been to Chipotle until my visit here. I have forgotten how much how much I enjoy Chipotle.
My meal was tasty and they got it ready quickly. It was rather busy for an early weeknight and they moved the line through quickly and they were super-​friendly.
I tip my hat to the staff here for doing an excellent job with my meal. I haoping to be back to visit soon!

This is a good one for me. I can cut behind Devry, take a right onto the service road for the building that house Chipotle, avoid the Mariano’s traffic, park, stand in the assembly line, order, pay, eat, digest and get back into my car in under twenty minutes. That is what it’s about, efficiency. Food is good too. I hate to say it but i like places that serve food with plastic utensils.
