I have been coming to the Med Spa I believe about 1 year. First i was seeing Blanca for Acne treatment which she was wonderful. Since Blanca left i started seeing Ann. After seeing Ann now for about 5 months my skin looks absolutely amazing. I never had the confident to not wear make up at all do to my Acne and scars that iv had. But Ann has done such a great job at it, helping me treat my skin. SHe is such a wonderful aesthetics and is there to help you in any way. A great professional person to trust in all your needs you need at the Spa. I have done chemical peels to waxing. And looking forward to many more services they have. Chicago MedSpa will be my place as long as Ann is there.

I love this place! I’ve been dozens of times for Botox. Margarita is so sweet & extremely skilled. She always gives me enough, but I never look like I’ve had anything «done». They utilize a point system with Botox so you can get discounts, etc. The facility is spotless & all employees are very friendly. They’re always available to get me in the day of if need be & the location is perfect!

Had my Appointment last week With Margarita for Botox and she’s very professional and friendly! I’m in love with my results! !!! this will definitely be my to go spa.

Mila is a rockstar!!! Take her direction– and the products she recommends! It is SO WORTH it. You can’t put a price on feeling confident in your own skin. I have had terrible inflammation and consistent acne that started in my early 20’s. Mix that with incredibly flaky skin– I was a mess for YEARS. I had tried EVERYTHING, and nothing worked. I was frustrated and VERY embarrassed all the time. After searching around, I decided to finally make my free consultation at Chicago MedSpa. Instantly, I knew I trusted Mila (and the great reviews helped too!). My first visit was a mix of facial, extractions and chemical peel– my FIRST time for any of this. My skin healed so nicely after about 5 – 7 days after the peel. I bought all the «Image» skincare products she recommended (because if you’re going to do something, do it right!!). There weren’t many and not complicated to use. I followed my skin care regimen as she instructed. Literally NO ACNE after I was done healing from the peel. For a month I didn’t get ANYTHING! My skin tone was evening out, the ruddiness disappeared. Literally, the only visible pimple I got was right before that «TOM»… and it was puny.
I saw her today for my 4 – 5 week follow up. She extracted the remnants of my black heads– the ones she couldn’t get too because I was too inflamed on my first visit. I literally have zero blackheads right now. Save for some redness that will disappear, I’m clean as a whistle.
I cannot recommend this place more! Please see Mila, she’ll change your life. And, she is passionate about what she does, and funny to boot. I NEVER once in a million years thought I could have skin that was amazing and blemish free. I am on my way to flawless, effortless-​looking skin… and just in time for summer!

Let me start by saying that Mila is amazing! I have been struggling with cystic acne for over two years as a result of intense stress and a hormone imbalance… and spent A LOT of money trying to treat my skin for about two years, to no avail.
After seeing Mila now for six months, my skin is almost completely healed! I still have some scarring from old blemishes but my skin hasn’t looked this great in over five years. She is a miracle worker and has given me back my confidence. She is also a joy to see and talk to and is genuinely excited for my progress. I enjoy coming in each month and having her share her excitement about how well I’m doing.

I looked around for a long time before deciding to get my first ever «med spa» treatment. I got Botox for the first time last Saturday, after having a vitamin C peel. Mila did the peel, and Margarita did the Botox. I can not believe how much better my skin looks. The boyfriend said I look 39, not my actual 49.
I’ve already scheduled my next Botox treatment and will be going to this little gem for everything from now on. Looking forward to facials and massages and everything else they offer.
I can’t say enough about Chicago Med Spa. If you are considering a low key spot for everything from eye brow wax to massage to Botox and fillers, then go here!

I’ve been coming to Margarita for about two years & would probably look about 15 years older if it weren’t for her and her treatments! Love having this gem in Logan Square.
The team at Chicago Med Spa is always super nice and very accommodating. The spa is spotless, comfortable & relaxing. Herbal tea with service is a nice touch. I’m appreciative of the Saturday and early evening appointments. I’ve only had two types of service here and think it’s time I try something new, since they have so much to offer!
I highly recommend a brunch at Jam or coffee at New Wave, which are on either side of Chicago MedSpa, before or after your services. What a great way to spend a couple of Saturday hours…

I brought my mom to Chicago MedSpa for a facial with Kristen. My mom is absolutely in love with this place. We both had facials the same night and as always Kristen was superb. She is not only very good at her job, but so accommodating and the customer service she provides her clients is above and beyond. Thank you, Kristen for making us glow!

This was my first time getting the laser hair removal treatment.
I went to Chicago Medspa based on a recommendation.
I received a great and friendly reception and was in and out in a short time.
Margarita was very informative and patient. I am happy I started and will be back for the next treatment.

Had a good, relaxing massage recently, no complaints. They have a $ 65 first time special. Worth it.

A pap smear I didn’t hate! I cannot say enough good things about this place. Margarita is not only a skilled clinician but an absolute wealth of knowledge of all things health. I went from the Southside to Logan square just to try them out and I am so happy I did! Definitely thinking of other services there!

I’m just going to lay this out: I dread getting pap smears and avoid them as much as I can. I know this place has more of a spa and beauty focus, but Ms. Gonzalo is very cool and understanding. This place has a clean and private feel to it, almost hidden away and I like that! First place where my pap smear was not completely unpleasant and I did not feel like I was getting abducted by aliens. Plan to come in for other treatments when/​if I make time.

I’ve been coming here for facials for a few months now. I started off the process with super congested skin and very noticeable acne scaring, and through a great facial regimen with Blanca, I have noticed a major difference in the texture and pigmentation of my skin. The products used are all high quality and the staff are very attentive to your needs. I highly recommend this spa and the people who work there are so kind!

Heard about this place from a friend that frequents logan square haunts — but since I do not live in the neighborhood, I rarely come this way. After a backpacking trip to Yosemite, I found my rosacea to have not only worsened from prolonged sun exposure, but I had new broken capillaries on my nose that I was told would get worse if not «taken care of» soon. I inquired about their treatments for skin and they definitely had a variety — though I was only concerned with my skin redness. Margarita was very helpful in explaining how the treatment (laser) would help my skin and what I could expect afterwards. The zap took a matter of minutes. The room was clean. People were friendly and best of all, prices were awesome. They may have new customer promos going on if you go in, be sure to ask. This place is not pushy on treatments which is great. Nothing turns me off more than people selling me crap I don’t need.
Oh oh. btw — Margarita is a PA so she can also see me for general checkups which is amazing. Can never have too many medical options.
Parking was pretty easy too, I may have to move here. In fact, entire logan blvd restaurants and cafes are pretty awesome.

I LOVE this place. I called on a whim one summer afternoon to ask about Botox and they ended up fitting me in that day! It is truly a one stop shop. I have also begun getting all of my medical services done here. The staff is so incredibly friendly it’s crazy. They accept mist insurances as well, which is a plus! It’s so wonderful to have this little gem in the neighborhood! It’s right next to New Wave coffee as well, so you can grab a cup of coffee right after your appt! Make an appt with Margarita today for anything from a pap to getting rid of those pesky lines between your brows!

I went to Chicago Medspa with a Lifebooker Loot. I was seen right away. Margarita Ruiz was great. She was thorough and patient and answered all of my questions. I had many. She saw that I am a worry wart and recommended that I try out their massage on Mondays, when they are discounted. Truth be told, I’ve been wanting to get a massage and being on a tight budget, the price was right and I really appreciated the suggestion. The location is great and the premises very clean. They are right by the Logan Square train stop on the blue line.
