This place is great… cevape is amazing and if you bring some to a tailgate you will be the man/woman. Get in there… take it from a frequent customer… not from someone that hasn’t eaten from there. Bread is great too.

I’ve never actually been to this place — I’m basing my review on my experiences contacting them by phone, which were disappointing to say the least. Trying to find out if they carry a certain specialty ethnic item, I call on a Monday to inquire. The person who answers — apparently a cleaning person — says that the place iss closed on Mondays. What kind of grocery store is closed on a weekday? But I give them another chance and try again on Tuesday. Same guy answers. His English isn’t too good, which maybe explains why, when I ask for someone who can answer my question, he simply hangs up. Nevertheless, a grocery that is apparently closed on Mondays and has people answering the phone that can’t speak English and HANGUP on callers doesn’t seem like much of a grocery at all. I don’t think I need to actually go to the place to know that it’s not the kind of business I want to patronize.

Very nice little shop nestled between other small shops. It’s easy to miss, but located right next to a Greek café and hair salon. They have a wide variety of teas for both pleasure drinkers and those looking to cure a few ailments. Other items include imported cookies, cakes, coffee and sugar. Mostly they are known for the meat and offer fresh and smoked options. The owner, Tofko, is as sweet as can be and very friendly. He’ll strike up a conversation and recommend the best pieces of meat for your particular needs.
