I was impressed with the customer service that I received from the assistant store manager when I recently visited the Chevy Chase Lake store on Connecticut Avenue. She seemed to have a good eye and knew her product. She provided me advice without trying to oversell the product.
The tailor was also very patient and accommodating with a requested alteration.
I left as a satisfied customer with a three-​piece suit and plan to return.
