When I moved to DC a little over a year ago, I was looking for a good hair salon and I sure found one… Images. Nancy cuts my hair and does a great job every time. Not only is she a great stylist but she is so nice and personable. I always enjoy going there since everyone is helpful and friendly. The location is great and there is always plenty of parking which is a bonus if you live in DC. I also love their large selection of hair products.

I had 6 good haircuts here. The 7^th was not good but I didn’t do anything about it. A month later I had another haircut there, explained what I didn’t like about the previous experience, and I’m sure the stylist did everything she could to do a better job. Sadly, this last haircut was worse that the prior one. 2 days after the last haircut I went out of town for a week, and the hair got worse and worse while I was out of town. When I returned I called the salon to find out their policy about correcting a bad cut. They told me if I’d come in within a week of the haircut the stylist would fixed it for free. When I told them I’d been out of town and that less than 2 weeks had passed since the last haircut, the receptionist started yelling at me.
I have found out that this salon is owned by Regis Corp, which owns 9,500 salons in the US. No wonder the staff doesn’t care about keeping customers happy.
I have given up on this place. And I have to find a new place that is not owned by Regis Corp!

I have been coming to see «Donna» for over 10 years, and would go nowhere else. I had strayed once, and that taught me a lesson. Perfect, natural looking highlights at the right price. The salon is easy to get to, ample parking. Everyone is happy and pleasant.
