The manager was inappropriately reprimanding her staff in front of customers which made me feel uncomfortable. I am sure the company wouldn’t approve of her behavior. Her attacks seemed personal, almost shaming these young girls (the manager was a thin, petite dark-​skinned woman). She said something like «you are either the type that leads and you guys are not that type.» Ouch. I just had to leave right away – couldn’t stand being in that environment.
