I had similar experience as the other reviews. Gruff male employee behind the counter was not courteous to me or my kids. This was one on our family’s regular stops while shopping in chesterfield valley. We will look for alternatives.

I ordered my food on December 1st at 4:01 p.m. The male employee was not courteous towards me. I asked the employee how he was doing and I got no response except for what kind of sandwich did I want. The customer behind me with the matching ethnicity of the male employee was treated with kindness. The male employee did not wash his hands before making my food. After receiving negative treatment I filled out the online subway survey. The male employee fondled his nose while in eye contact with me while bagging my free cookie. Please let me know when the issue gets fixed and I will change the one star to a 5 star.

Congrats it’s a huge subway… and it’s empty at lunch on a weekend when I went… kind of tells ya something doesn’t it! Employees didn’t care about anything Just sloppy bad attitude… the we don’t care mentality is so heavy you can practically smell it walking in this place. At the end of the day it’s subway… even here it pretty much tastes like every other subway but just don’t expect them to act like they care about their jobs or the customers or the food.

Well I have to say this has been the worse Subway shop, and I travel quite a lot. The person starting the line didn’t seem to have a good attitude, but then made the sandwiches very sloppy. I’m not too picky but when you say«lots of lettuce» I at least expect it to cover the sandwich and he didn’t even do that. At the end and we paid for it I was waiting for the receipt and never got one. After the cashier stood there for a minute, not believing that I didn’t get the receipt, then told me «Sorry, can only print receipts if you are buying something.» I couldn’t tell you names because no one had name badges nor a receipt to see who was cashier either.

Very large subway location, probably the biggest location I’ve seen. They were not busy today so we had no problem getting service quickly. The food was typical subway, the employees were polite but a bit quiet and not very friendly. I’d come back here again.

I hate to trash management, but clearly when every employee seems to hate their job and the actual manger is bitching about her life… well you may have an issue.

It’s a Subway all right. And it’s likely the biggest & cleanest one in St. Louis. There is a lot of open space without tables & that’s probably best because it gets pretty packed at lunch. The high ceilings and spaciousness are a nice change of pace from some of the other, more seedy Subways around. This one is located near right by Lowe’s in Chesterfield Valley, so it’s a convenient place to stop for lunch. In this girl’s opinion, Subway was vastly improved when they added spinach to their menu. They went from having one of the worst veggie sandwiches to having a decent one(ditch the iceberg & just ask for extra spinach). And they’re oh so very cheap.

Went there today. Servers didn’t look me in the eye. They mumbled whatever they said. The bread was stale, which I never experience at other Subways. They need to rethink their hiring strategy and follow Subway’s motto of «Eat Fresh.»
