McDonald’s

So recently McDonald’s started advertising that it serves breakfast all day. I couldn’t tell you the last time I ate a McDonald’s breakfast but I was in Chesterfield with my mother and we wanted something quick and we said let’s try McDonald’s. So the whole breakfast all day campaign is EXTREMELY MISLEADING. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and was told no biscuits after 10:30. My mother ordered an egg and cheese on bagel and was told no bagels after 10:30. To preface this was maybe 10:50am and not hours and hours later. So what do they have? Hot cakes and Egg McMuffins. So I said can I get the bacon egg and cheese on the English Muffin? Yes. Oh but the egg wil be the round egg not the fluffy egg. At this point fine… So two sandwiches, 2 hash browns, and 2 hot teas. So I go to the counter to pick up the order and we are short the 2 hot teas. It takes nearly 5 more minutes to put hot water in 2 cups and locate the tea bags. Then we sit down to eat and the English Muffins are barely toasted and the hash browns are raw. So what did we learn today? 1. «Breakfast faves anytime» is total bullshxx fallacy. 2. I should have enforced my I don’t eat at McDonald’s rule.

One of the better Egg McMuffins in recent memory. Location and parking is kind of a pain in the butt.

This Mickey D’s is pretty chic! Such a nice, artsy, open, well designed location. Plenty of seating options from high-​top table to booths.
There is a large flat screen TV and Red Box depot inside for your viewing entertainment. I went in for an order of egg whites on my way to work and I was served and out the door in less than 5 minutes. I appreciate this kind of rapid service. The cashier was decent, nothing to complain nor write home about.
Beware the parking lot is like a maze and the drive-​thru complicates the ease of moment. If you decide to dine-​in, don’t try to figure it out just pull into the first available spot and walk to the entrance.

Yep i made the mistake of going back to this location and they got the order wrong again! This time it was a differ meal but they still got it wrong.
Just unreal how they can make mistakes on orders anytime I go through this drive thru
If anyone cared about service or accuracy this place would be out of business but clearly nobody cares.
I’m don’t trying this location, they simply can’t do anything correctly but I’m sure the drive through will be busy day after day anyway as they throw random incorrect items in people’s bags.

I roll through the drive through here on a regular basis for my daily diet coke fix if I am in the area and I have to say that the quality of the diet coke is consistently good. (My favorite fountain blend anywhere on the planet) The service here is worse than most McDonalds in the Metro area though. The drive through is consistently slow and not consistently friendly.

I come here so much, it’s probably disgusting. I’m pretty certain there is an addictive chemical in their fries that draws me back a few times a week.
I generally don’t have an issue with this location. I’m one of those people that orders plain cheeseburgers, so I’m pretty used to getting home and opening a wrapper full of disappointment when the burger has all the toppings on it. This place has never screwed it up that I can recall.
I’ve never had to go back for a straw and never had something missing from the order. I’ve never had them tell me that menu items weren’t available, either (This happens often at other locations).
There are two issues that cause me to drop this to 4 stars. First, the traffic. During peak hours, it is a nightmare trying to get out of the parking lot. It’s so bad that I have skipped going simply because I didn’t want to deal with it.
Second, I was recently there at like 11PM. I ordered in the drive-​thru and pulled around and the guy taking the money just blurted out to me, «Man, don’t ever work here, it’s awful.» I have worked at McDonald’s before. I just want to pay, dude. Go vent to another employee, not a customer.

I have NEVER had good service from this location.

Solid McDonald’s option. But, can be a bit tedious to access during busy eating times. Access to the store [and the adjacent shopping center] bottle necks at one poorly configured entrance. Otherwise service is good. Store is clean.

Ordered two breakfast meals and got shorted two hash browns. Needs better expediting.
