AT&T

Lost my ability to use my e-​mail called the store I was in the valley and Justyn answered he told me to come over he met me at the door and within 10 minutes he had me back up and running. Great, fast and efficient service! Thanks Justyn great job!

Brian Beard was extremely helpful and took a personal approach instead of the typical «salesman» approach. This was very instrumental in making me feel comfortable with the process as a whole. I visited quite a few AT&T stores before deciding to upgrade my husbands phone. The previous agents I spoke with were always very pushy and did not explain this new upgrade program fully, so I could understand it. As a previous employee of AT&T, I am still fairly knowledgeable about how things typically worked, but just could not make sense of this new program.
Brian was very informative and knowledgeable about the products and services.
When Brian found out I work in Real Estate he introduced me to the smart home products. I was not interested but am happy to pass the information and his name along to any clients looking to use this service. I wish more AT&T employees knew how to provide personal service at this level. This location is not the most convenient location to my home, but I will travel the extra distance to work with Brian for all of my future needs.

I’ve been to a few AT&T stores around the area, and this one is by far one of the best. They are all very knowledgeable and friendly about the products they carry. I have received great customer service every time I’ve been here. I recommend this store if you’re looking for a great place to shop for AT&T.

I was greeted at the door and received pretty instant service, which was nice. The guy who helped me seemed fairly knowledgeable and did what he could to try to solve the mysterious iPhone 5 reception suckage issue I’m having. They also have iPhone 5 Otterbox cases in stock when many places are still out of stock (Apple, Amazon). I was going to order one (I wanted a color they didn’t have), but totally forgot to do so.
