TCC, Verizon Premium Wireless Retailer

Horrible customer service and staff that are not knowledgable at all. I think they hire their employees from the McDonalds down the street. We walked in to purchase 2 new iPhones with a new Verizon agreement. The guy that worked there seemed bored that we were there and had no customer service at all.
We sat in stools that were ripped and old and the place just looked trashy after walking in. When the sad excuse for a sales person was explaining how much the phones would cost he told me that I’d have to pay the taxes up front. So I asked him how much the taxes were and he told me $ 33 each phone and then proceeded to tell that they «tax the taxes» so for 2 phones it’d be $ 88.
When I asked him what he was talking about, since you don’t tax taxes in any country, state or city I’ve ever heard of, he then told me «It jus business talk». Considering that I’m an Operations Manager for a major IT corporation, I’m pretty sure that didn’t constitute «business talk» so I left. I could not buy anything from someone that ignorant with such poor customer service. Don’t these people work on commission?!
Don’t go here, make the trip to the corporate store in Harbor View. We went there and Bianca treated us like royalty and gave us the best cell phone buying experience I have ever had and was able to save us $ 700 with current promotions. It was like night and day as far as customer service. I really don’t think that Verizon should even let this place use their logo on the storefront!

Horrible customer service. Can’t smile and she didn’t hesitate to call her manager stupid when he left. I have not been satisfied with Verizon over the phone customer service and now this place. Starting to regret my choice.

I went to this store and traded in phones. I left my old phone because they said they would ship it back. About a month later I started getting emails that the device was not received. I called the store multiple times to deal with this and no one ever would. Just kept telling me it wasn’t there. Never again will I use a store that I can’t trust to do their job.

This place is clean and organized, and all of the staff have always been helpful when I have gone there for help with my account. They also display all of the phones and you can even make calls from the display phones, and text. It’s kind of funny to read the text messages that people have sent to other people from these display phones. Like, I really didn’t think I could make a call from one of the phones that was on display when I tested it out. I actually was able to, so I called my sister in Cali to say «whassup?»
Verizon rocks!
