This TB has never been up to what I call TB quality. It’s one of the slowest locations and seeing as how every TB known to man is slower than molasses in January this speaks volumes. It’s like they’re always training someone at the speaker because they just don’t seem to have their act together. I know it’s the same woman so I don’t know what the issue is. I only visit this location because it’s on the way home but after finding a long hair weaved into my Mexican pizza today that was it. It’s pretty gross to find that much hair in my food. A new location is going up on Kempsville so if I ever need a TH fix it won’t be at this franchise.

Not too sure what the previous reviews were referring to. Possibly mistaking for another KFC/​Taco Bell. I’ve had an awesome experience with this location. They have great customer service, and if something isn’t right, it will be corrected with no hesitation. It’s super clean, and the fold is literally fresh. Mashed potatoes were steaming, with the perfect texture. Chicken was cooked on time. I’d totally recommend this location to anyone.

The food is awful! The management blew our order and didn’t fix it. She then called the cops when we stood firm. The cops got the manager to fix our order. So the food sucks, the management sucks and we won’t be back ever!

This place is horrible. They didn’t have anything I wanted ready yet. I ordered a chicken pot pie and they made all the other food we ordered but not my pot pie, the lady gave us back the money and said we could have anything else we wanted so I asked for a chicken quesadilla and of course they couldn’t give me that so I had to settle for a horrible potato bowl and it was the worst one I have ever eaten, all of our food last night was horrible and the fries were too salty, the chicken was soggy and cold, we also got a taco and a burrito and it was horrible he didn’t even finish it. So I wouldn’t recommend this KFC Taco Bell at all because they obviously don’t know what they’re doing. So good job.
