Tableside guac was decent, but I won’t order it again because it was served with the greasiest chips I’ve ever had. Southwestern eggrolls have definitely gone down in quality as well.

We usually sit in the bar area and service is always great. Great drink specials and cookie skillet is really great here. We also tried the chicken and steak fajitas and bacon chicken ranch quesidellas. The steak was very chewy and kind of fatty. Maybe because it’s a cheap cut they serve. And the quesidellas were soggy because they placed the tomatoes/lettuce/sour cream(salsa) under the quesidellas.

Every time I am here I hope the food and service will be better. Every time we leave beyond frustrated at cold food and terrible service. Not going back !

So disappointing. We ordered wateemelon crusher for a drink. It tasted of lemon??? We ordered tortillia chips, salsa and guac for an appitizer. How did the chips have more flavor than the the guac or salsa? Next quesadillia, grilled in butter? Yuck. ½, rack of ribs tasted and looked like it was covered in tomato paste vs. BBQ sauce. I’m giving 2 stars because the service sucked too. On the bright side. it is consistent for a chain and it was my poor judgment that landed us at a chain. Lesson learned.

A chain is a chain… I’m not going to be a food snob and act like I’m above a chain restaurant. Truth be told… I dig buffalo wings, the southwestern egg rolls and am still PISSED that they got rid of the Awesome Blossom but there’s no need to get into that right now. Chili’s food was fine. My waiter, who looked like Sayid from the show«Lost», was a great, laid back and on par. Only 2 complaints… it was muggy outside and it felt equally muggy inside. Perhaps their AC was on the fritz? Who knows. The second one is that the seats feel as if you are sitting on a tempur-pedic mattress.(I pride myself on my posture, man and here my ass is sinking in quicksand!) Other than that… I’ll be back for those buffalo wings but for the love of God… fix that AC cause summer is coming!

Really wanted a beer with my burger, but it just proved more than she could muster. I guess I could add a lot of useless text to make Unilocal happy, bottom line, I could not get a cold beer with my burger. I guess I look to young.

We stopped here on our way down to the Outer Banks. This must be a new restaurant because both the outside and inside were immaculate. The restaurant was very wide-open, bright, and clean. It was very pleasant. The server was extremely friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. My only complaint is that it took a long time to get drinks from the bar. Not sure if it was the bartenders fault, or the servers fault. As far as Chili’s restaurants go, this was one of the better ones I’ve been to.

Great Experience here! We strolled in with 20+ people on Sunday with no reservations. The manager seated us as quickly as possible(30min or so) and assisted the waitress in taking all of our orders. They handled our group well and the waitress managed the stress of our large group that contained 5 small children with a smile on her face. I had the my DH and I order the 2 for $ 20 which is a fantastic deal. We had the fire roasted guacamole with chips and were able to order our own meals. I ordered the mango tilapia and it was delicious. The sauce had a ton of flavor and was delectably spicy. Even though there was a lot of activity they did a great job.

Bacon Ranch Quesadilla and Chips/Salsa…I normally like to mix it up when i go to different places, but these things always remain the same when I go to Chili’s

I ate here on Saturday. Woke up after having some Friday night beer and really had a hungering for a huge portion of chicken fajitas. I knew Chili’s was nearby and so I headed on over. The restaurant is typical of Chili’s and it was very clean. Since I got there about 2:30pm it was not very busy at all and I was seated right away. I ordered the chicken enchilada soup and chicken fajitas. I was in the mood for some lemonade so I got some of that with some water to rehydrate my hangover. Unfortunately the lemonade was way too sweet so I asked the waitress to add a half a glass of water to it and then it was good. I got my chicken enchilada soup and WOW! It was very, very good soup. In fact I think next time I will get a whole bowl. The fajitas came out about 10 minutes later and(see pic) were just as delicious as I imagined. The portion was bigger than I imagined too but I was so hungry I ate 90% of it before giving up. Maybe I’m just a smaller eater than used to or else maybe Chili’s chicken fajitas have gotten bigger portion-wise but I never remember not finishing their fajitas before. I think my final tab with tip was about $ 23 – 25 so it wasn’t exactly cheap for a lunch but I was stuffed, got in and out quick, got my hangover eliminated and the food was delicious so I’m not complaining. If you’re looking for massive, delicious chicken fajitas look no further. P. S. I added beans and rice to my order for $ 2, in hindsight I don’t think I needed to and next time I will just order the regular meal. And probably still have some leftover.

I’m still recovering from the Yokosuka Naval Base’s Chili’s … the worst Chili’s ever. I refused to eat at Chili’s after returning to the States for a couple of years due to the horrible service in Japan. So, it is with great hesitancy that I dare set foot into a Chili’s these days, still flinching as waitresses walk by with beverages because I know deep-down they are targeting my shirt and pants to spill tea on. This is the second time that I visited here; I apparently blocked out the first one, but now I’m taking baby steps towards rehab — all due to someone giving us a Chili’s gift card for Christmas. Beloved and I broke away from the homestead without the kiddos and waited a little short bit at the bar before getting seated at a decent table. We found the Dinner for Two Combo for $ 35 option, which included two margaritas, a shared appetizer, two entrees, and a shared dessert. EXCELLENT — the perfect amount of food for us! Margaritas: you could taste that they had alcohol… a welcome surprise for the house Our appetizer: Chips and the fire-grilled corn guacamole — Nice and spicy! Entrees: Both ordered the chicken fajitas — good portion and not skimpy on the chicken. Dessert: Molten Chocolate Cake. Great finish to the meal. We walked out of there fully satiated without feeling rushed despite there being a full crowd. Thankful this Chili’s has put me on the road to recovery!

I’ve tried this 3 different times. This particular location is very substandard to the other Chili’s around the nation. They fail miserably at customer service, food temperature, and speed of service. This evening I decided to sit in the bar area, and the waiter was more interested in watching his New York Giants try to make a comeback against the Dallas Cowboys. I placed a drink order with him, and he had to wait for a break in the action before he even put my order in on the computer.
