I am not even sure where to begin… we go in looking for a matteress and find one we like. We were told we that delivery and removal were included and the lady told us she could pull some strings and we could have our bed tomorrow. We went did some research and found the bed the same price at matteress discounters. Sleepys had advertised that they beat competitors price by 20%. Upon return, they told us that they couldn’t do that but would give us a free matteress cover. Ok fine. The other salesman says he found a coupon that we could use that would have saved us about $ 150. Ok awesome, she puts everything in and goes to get the mattresses cover and says they are out of Queen size. Well we are getting a king bed so… the woman had put in the order wrong. Long story short, we wernt getting $ 150 off. Ok, we forgave her mistake and proceeded with the sale. She couldn’t get the computer to take the price with the free matteress cover, so she had to charge us $ 20 for it. Ok, not that happy but we have been here forever and my 6 month old is ready to go. Ok we pay for our bed and start to set up delivery. Well, we were told to have our matteress out of the way, and I was like aren’t they taking it? She was like they will take it to the curb for you. That pushed us over the line. Everything she had said by that point had been a lie. So we decided to cancel the order and go to matteress discounters. She got on the phone and made the take away charge of $ 50 go away ok, back on to delivery. Sorry but, you can’t get it will next week… ok, again forget it, give us a refund. In the middle of this argument my husband went outside and called another store because obviously this woman didn’t know what was happening, and the man said he could get it to us with a different box spring the next day. Cool. I go back inside and the woman and the other salesman are talking about us and how awful we are, and how my husband wasnt going to push him around. The woman asks why we are so angry? You tell me? She makes some more phone calls telling her manager about the«misunderstangs,» and they decide if the man at the other sleepys can do it so can they. Two hours later the woman finally figured out how to work her computer and called probably everyone that is employed at sleepys, we have a pending delivery tomorrow. I would have given one star, but the company did try and resolve the situation. The saleswoman obviously either needs more training and not to tell people things unless she can deliver. Also, both the salespeople need to learn not to talk about customers while they are present. Wait till we leave like normal people. Not pleased in the slightest.

Bought a new mattress at this location back in December and ended up having a few problems with it, without the help of Roger and the rest of the staff at this location I would have probably been stuck. Because of Roger and this location I will shop at sleepys again in the future.
