Excellent customer service! I had been searching for a mattress and stumbled upon mattress firm! I was not initially happy with my purchase and returned to a warm and friendly salesman named Jonathan! Superb customer service! I can not say this about the other employees, but if you are looking for someone professional, patient and knowledgable; see Jonathan at this location!

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! We received the single worst customer service EVER from the store manager. He followed us out the door selling us a mattress with the promise of «Comfort Guarantee» that if we were not comfortable or satisfied we could return the mattress within 30 days. We had the one he sold us for 1 night. I moved to the floor halfway through the night and my husband couldn’t get up because his entire body, especially his back, ached so badly. We rewrapped it in the packaging and tried to return it. This is when he pointed out the Return Policy on the back of the paper he had stapled our receipt to. When I went to call my Visa company from the showroom threatened to call the police on us because we were interfering with him making cash sales! He then said «you have to sleep on it for 30 days then you can exchange it at the distribution center.» What? He swore he told us this. There were 3 of us, one of us would have heard him say it. He NEVER offered for us to read the return policy prior to the purchase. A.S. our salesman, the stores manager was disrepsectful, rude, deceiptful and condescending. If you value your hard earned money, shop elsewhere and read their return police.
