Charlton Furniture

My wife and I purchased several items from Charlton Furniture and could not be happier. We were looking for high quality items that were not the run of the mill stuff you find in the big chains. And we also still wanted a good deal. We put together a package for a complete living room with sofa, recliner, accent chair and accessories such as rug and lamps and tables. We also purchased a kitchen table and chairs. We are extremely happy with the quality of the items and the fair pricing we were given. Susan LeBlanc and her employees listened to what we wanted to do and they made great suggestions. They would move things around in their showroom while we were there to show us how everything would look. Their experience with interior design definitely helped us to envision how things would look in our home. I own my own small business selling office furniture. So I know the importance of being able to deal with the owner and of customer satisfaction. I also know the importance of the delivery crew. Susan and her employees were outstanding. The delivery crew was excellent. Everything was delivered when they said it would be and brought in with no issues, placed perfectly and they cleaned up after themselves. It is so nice to be able to deal with a company that does what they say they will do with no drama and no issues
