Polselli Foundations

I hired Polselli Foundations despite the poor review after talking to the owner Kellan. My business, Merry Go Round Pens, LLC, is based in New Hampshire. I was hired to build two buildings i Norwell, MA. I called 8 different foundation contractors to get quotes. Kellan was THE most responsive and reasonable of them all. He returned phone calls promptly and addressed my concerns and priorities professionally. We had a major problem on the job due to weather and the conditions deteriorated overnight. The foundation hole filled with water to 3 feet deep. Kellan went out and purchased a 3″ trash pump to clean out the hole and get the foundation done AHEAD of schedule despite the problems he faced and with good humor the entire time. I cannot say enough good about my experience with him. I have been a contractor since 1977 and I can honestly say that Polselli Foundations has been one of THE best sub contractors I have EVER hired. I will DEFINITELY call Kellan Polselli whenever I have work for him in the area he is willing to travel to! Very disappointed. Had a 20k hole excavated and was left high and dry. They had the plans for weeks and never asked vital questions. This guy is small time and very inexperienced. I got the dick hard from this one.
