This store has a very knowledgeable salesman who used to sell for Lance cracker company. He introduced me to the Tegris line of lightweight luggage. He also highlighted the patented ball bearing ring that the Tegris luggage has. He was not pushy. He did an excellent job of feature/​benefit. He also showed us the filler zips for the luggage so that you can stay well organized.

This is my new go-​to spot to pick up a gift for my hubby. Soon, he’ll be all set with his luggage and bags, and I’ll have to find something else to get him. That’s because Tumi bags are bullet-​proof! After years of use, they still look great and do exactly what they’re supposed to do: hold your stuff securely and safely.
In addition to the excellent product, I’m always pleased with the service I receive in the store. They are perfectly happy to let you pull bags off the shelf, empty them, repack them, wear them, etc. This past December, I went in on a power-​shopping effort to find my husband a new gym bag, and successfully found the perfect bag, plus several accessories to make his «kit» complete.
All in all, a great shopping experience if you’re in the market for durable and stylish luggage items.
