I must say the customer service level at the LV in SouthPark is above and beyond! I worked with Jason and he literally made me a client for life!
I was planning a trip to DC this coming weekend, so I called the City Center Store to see if they had a particular scarf in stock. I spoke with a young man we will call «E.» After explaining what I was wanting and that I was hoping to get it during my travels, he then tells me there is no way he could have one transferred into his store in time. I personally found this very perplexing since I too work in luxury retail and would be able to have anything transferred in to my store within 3 business days. I was then told that that could not happen and the earliest would be Monday.
So being very disappointed I walked over to the SouthPark store where Jason welcomed me with a smile and with just a phone call had the scarf transferred overnight so I could have it for my DC trip!
I cannot salute Jason and the SouthPark store enough! I will only be shopping with him and that particular store from now on!

I have never been inside of Louis Vuitton before! The entrance to the store was so grand that I had to go inside! The assortment of purses, luggage, shoes and accessories were amazing! I fell in love with several purses while I was there. My favorite was a hot pink purse with Louis Vuitton perfectly placed on the side. I also loved some pink ballet flats and a pair of sunglasses I saw. The staff was very helpful and friendly while checking if we needed help. I also enjoyed how quiet it was compared to the hectic mall outside. It was definitely a great first visit and I hope to return. I did feel like it was a museum more than a retail store, but after all it is very expensive so I’m ok with that.

I have never had a bad experience at any of the locations I have visited but I will say that the customer service at the Southpark Mall location in Charlotte, NC was stellar.

Beautiful setting and fab staff with Neehal attending. Very nice selection and Neehal helped so much in my search for the just right men’s bag. Have been considering the LV bags for some time and fearful of copies bought anywhere besides the company stores. Thanks Neehal.

Wonderful experience shopping at the SouthPark Louis Vuitton store.
The SAs are pleasant, knowledgeable, and approachable. They took significant time to show me items, answer questions, and make suggestions.
The newly remodeled store is attractive and welcoming. I love the clean, modern décor.

Returning customer for several years here. The store is not as large as other major city stores but is undergoing expansion apparently. When I visit Charlotte I stop here to shop and I haven’t had a bad experience yet. So long as the sales staff leave you alone while you shop, it is a pleasant experience and you don’t feel so pressured when you decide which items to purchase. I enjoy the shopping experience here.

Excellent products. Wonderful company. For the expensive price, one gets superb quality leather goods and fantastic customer support.
The only negative aspect to the LV experience, is the somewhat snooty attitude that permeates the store, as if the sales staff are sizing up whether a customer deserves to shop there. Whipping out a Platinum card usually puts an end to this. LOL. Also, the armed guard can be a little intimidating. ;o)

Love this store! got my christmas present from here last year (i love you mum and dad!!). I love their service, alway soo nice even though sometime I’m just browsing. and their alot better then their other location which is in Hawaii (the staff over there was soo rude, just because I’m from the mainland doesn’t mean I don’t have freaking money.) well back to NC, I love them!

Bought my first LV bag here a few years back, when I was visiting a friend. Service was impeccable then, and it didn’t change today. My friend even pointed out that the girl helping us was the same girl the last time I was at the store.
This time, I didn’t buy anything, just browsing, but that didn’t affect the service at all.

Viva la France!
How can you not like Louis Vuitton? If only they would go on half price sale (then they would still be expensive).
