Sharon luggage did a great job repairing my Tumi bag! I have had a Tumi carryon bag for over 15 years, and the handle just snapped off. Tumi was unable to repair the bag, since they no longer made that particular bag (I sent it to their repair shop for $ 25…just for the assessment). I was hoping that Sharon luggage could replace it with any handle. Sharon luggage was able to replace the handle with a Tumi handle! The bag will definitely last a few more years now.

They used to be IN the mall, now they are across from it, next to Williams-​Sonoma.
I never have purchased anything here. Great place for quality suitcases and other travel items and gadget/​novelty gift items.
My review is mainly for the repair service my luggage received last week. I was given a Hartmann carry on size luggage about a decade ago. I know he got the bag from this store because he used to work here. I brought my bag back last week because the wheels have fallen apart after years of traveling (Miami was its 1^st trip, furthest was Hong Kong). Since it was a gift, I didnt have any proof of purchase or receipt. They didn’t blinked, gave me zero hassels and said they can get it replaced without any problems, and told me it would be ready by Friday.
I was a little worried about the cost, since they didn’t mention anything when I dropped it off. I filled out my info on a form, which stated that wheel replacement was $ 20. I figure I would owe $ 40 for 2 wheels, which would still be a good deal.
Thursday (the very next day) I received a call saying that my suitcase is ready to be picked up and there was no charge! I was impressed… I thought they said Friday as in a week later. And no charge?! I know my bag has limited lifetime guarantee but I didn’t believe it still. Now I have my suitcase back, almost good as new, ready for another decade of world traveling! When I told my college boyfriend (who gifted me the bag), he joked that I got something from our 2 year relationship that will last a lifetime :)
Final word: it is worth it to buy quality item from quality retailer. And Sharon Luggage has my vote of confidence.
