Stopped here for breakfast on way through Charleston(driving from DC to Lexington) and it’s worth the 5-minute detour off 64 — delicious breakfast sandwiches, good coffee, and homemade treats to go. The house-made English muffins were excellent!!!

Make almost all the baked goods on-site, including vegan options. Had muffins and breakfast sandwiches(on-site made English muffins and bagels). Easy on/off from freeway. Will make this a regular stop when driving through Charleston.

A bagel place in Charleston, I’m so happy! Homemade bagels, delicious breakfast sandwiches, lovely pastries. The selection changes every day, so call in it get there early to get what you’d like. You can also call in large orders of a variety of bakery items, and they’ve added dinner Thursday-Saturday– a limited menu that changes weekly and sounds amazing. One of my new favorites in town!

Love, love, love!!! I’m so happy that they offer gluten free goodies, because breakfast offerings in coffee shops are typically gluten-bombs for me. Now I can get a delicious coffee and gluten-free breakfast on the run and not wind up sick later because my body hates gluten. And it’s GOOD gluten-free stuff, too. There are a lot of places that offer GF things because it’s trendy, but often they’re not fabulous. GF baking is tricky. I had some kind of gluten free layered bar thing with fruit in it, sort of like an upgraded granola bar. I wish I knew what it was called so I can get it again. It had cherries and pistachios and the crust almost tasted like graham cracker pie crust. It was like pie. For breakfast. I’m so down with that. My husband had a breakfast sandwich. He said it was awesome. It looked awesome. The bread looked homemade, almost like focaccia, and the ingredients were all fresh — eggs, bacon, amazingly gooey, stringy cheese. The best part was the chai. We each ordered chai with espresso shots in it – not on the menu, but Felicia hooked us up, because she’s awesome like that. I really want to go back for lunch because I hear the soups are really good.

This was a delightful surprise. They make their own bagels and English muffins. I ordered a muffin with lox. She asked if I wanted fresh tomato with it which, of course, I did. The lox came with capers — yum! Very tasty! Good coffee. Looks like a lot of tasty baked goods to choose from. My husband got a gluten free bar. He was happy, too. Very easy, laid back atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Maybe the owner? Very glad we tried it.

We got iced coffees, a brownie and a blueberry buttermilk pie to share. It was all delicious. Good music and a great atmosphere!

Monday, July 7th, 2PM From the time we entered, it was evident the server wanted to close, and that we were not welcome. The food was OK, but items that were supposed to be served hot were cold.. .and we were pointed to the microwave when we wanted them heated. My friend asked where the restroom was, and was ignored. Twice! Sorry, but if you want business, work for it…

Great little coffee shop. Espressos were made perfectly and the pastries were amazing. We were driving home and needed a place to get coffee. Thanks to Unilocal and the other reviews we decided to try this place out and we are so happy we did.

I really appreciate the extreme attention to detail put into crafting their baked goods and drinks, some of which are the best I’ve had(specifically the Lemmon bars and chai tea latte). The lemon bars are gooey with just the right ratio of Lemmon filling to slightly sweet cookie-like base. The chai yea latte is made with a real tea bag of chai which I appreciate over the more sugary versions made by Starbucks that taste like a pre-made mix. They sweeten it with honey if you’d like, which adds a unique flavor to the milky chai taste. I highly recommend this place.

Great little coffee/bakery spot. The staff is very warm and explain the different options of items available to you. One day they were serving up vegan chili and it was delicious. You can get everything from a good cup of coffee to gourmet cupcakes. You have to pay to park in their lot(meters) but we’ve all got a dime laying around. I will definitely be back soon. This is a great local business. Support it.
