Love this place can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, the lasagna pizza was amazing just a little messy make sure you have a bib handy or don’t wear anything nice while enjoying it. Anytime I get something from piasanos delivery or dine in I always get great food and good service.

While visiting Charleston, my friend and I went to Paisano’s Pizza Grill for lunch one day. It was close to our hotel, and received good reviews on Unilocal and Trip Advisor. We both got side salads(Caesar for me, and Greek for her). Mine was so good, I wanted to like the bowl. We also ordered the Margareta pizza, it was on point. We enjoyed everything so much that we went back for dinner. During dinner we shared a turkey sandwich. It was excellent as well.

In my humble opinion the top Charleston Pizza breakdown goes like this: #1 La Pizzeria-hands down best joint in town. BUT also the most expensive. Worth it every time but you can’t just be eating here on the regular unless you’ve got that serious Battery/OV money.(And if you do have that kind of cash and are reading this please invite us out to La Pizzeria!) #2 Paisano’s– The pizza is consistently delicious and the price is right. The crust is doughy and thick so if you like hard cardboard slices this is not the place for you. The sauce is chunky and fresh. The cheese is bubbly but none of this is overly greasy. It’s very family friendly and you can dine in or carry out. The salads are fairly plain but the portions are very large. Two people can definitely share one. BONUS about the Paisano’s location in West Ashley: if you haven’t met your dairy quota after eating there the Baskin Robbins is right next door for dessert!

Excellent! The meatballs are home made and delicious. The pizza was excellent and was made with quality cheeses. Our salad was good as well, with romaine lettuce. The lunch special are a must and at $ 6.00, a Total bargain.

I’m not a big pizza girl, and especially don’t like all the grease that’s normally associated with it, but ordered we decided to order pizza and cheesy bread and I have to say. AMAZEBALLS! So good. Literally said out Loud«is this real life?!» There isn’t a TON of grease which I loved, but there was so much flavor. Cheesy bread was delicious! Whenever I decide on pizza again, I think I’ll stick with Paisanos Oh ps– $$$ is so cheap!

Not once but TWICE I got broken off tooth picks in my club sandwich, this after pulling out a complete toothpick biting in and getting jabbed inside my mouth and bleeding. The first time seemed an accident but the second time was suspicious. I guess one of their employees doesn’t like the challenge of cutting the sandwich in fours. Not sure why I bother going back but the last time I ordered the Club the tomato was paper thin and tonight when I asked if I could get reasonable slices of tomato the girl argued that they always put 3 slices and did I want to add extra tomatoes. Really?, extra paper thin tomatoes??? They should stop being cheap and hire some quality cooks that care about what their doing. I’m done. PAISANOSYOUFAILED!!!

The wings are addictive, the pizza is just ok. I always order pick up around dinner time, so I have no experience dining in or around lunch time. I will go with 4 stars because I really do enjoy the wings and I know that I am very picky on my pizza. I got their cheese bread and it pretty much is a thin crush cheese pizza.

Our go-to pizza place. We love their pepperoni pizza! Always good quality food and friendly service. We usually get delivery or take-out, but the interior is nice, cozy and clean. Would definitely recommend Paisano’s if you live in the area or are visiting!

Delivery guy was nice & punctual. It was delivered with paper plates, parmesan cheese, 2 sets of silverware as we requested since we are in a hotel. The Greek salad was delicious. I really liked how they added mozzarella to the salad in addition to the feta. I even ate the green peppers & I am not a green pepper fan. It was big enough for 2 to split with a medium pizza. Our St Nick’s pizza had a nice tossed crust. We got the one with roasted red peppers, basil, feta, mozzarella & garlic. Great dinner for two for $ 25.

We only had take out from Pisano’s but it was good and nicely priced. Ordered by phone and it was prepared quickly and as ordered. Had the fat bot and the chcicken parm pie and both were great. The fat boy reminded me of the New York Scilian pizza — lots of great bread and delcicuos toppings!

Great pizza, booths are uncomfortable, wait time wasn’t bad, tea was good. Would’ve been nice to have something else besides basketball on TV. Leftovers are good too.

The best pizza in Charleston… So far. Meat lovers pizza is the way to go! Toppings are fresh, salads are huge and crisp! Delivery in just over 30 mins! Great service! Enjoy dine In or delivery. Same great quality either way!

Popped into town for a trip and gave them a try. I little disappointed that they didn’t have pasta dishes(ESPECIALLY since the photos of the meatballs looked so good!). But I digress… The pizza was amazing! Perhaps the best crust I’ve ever had. It was complimented by perfect sauce. Just the right balance of sweetness and fire. I’ve had pizza in Italy, New Haven, New York, Chicago, Boston… These guys have game!

I have been to both Paisanos on several occasions and have not been disappointed. The prices are fair and the food is great. I have been alone for lunch, with my wife for lunch, with friends for lunch and with my wife and mom for dinner. Every meal was better than expected. The restaurant is small; four or five booths and a few tables. Ordering is done at the counter and the food is delivered to you. A dinner time, the restaurant is busy with takeout. It seemed like a never ending flurry of customers coming in and out to get food. I have enjoyed pizza, calzones, and sandwiches. I have not been disappointed in anything. The portions are reasonable to large. There is a $ 5.99 lunch special that includes a meal(small pizza, sandwich, salad, or calzone) and a drink. We need more small, inexpensive, local eateries like this in the lowcountry, especially in Mount Pleasant.

FINALLY! A very good pizza. We ordered the Italian special or something like that. It was excellent. Toppings were very tasty, fresh and abundant. Pizza crust was exactly the way I like it. Being from NY I’m picky with my pizza and this is one of the few good pizza’s I’ve tried so far. We ordered take-out, so I can’t speak to the service or anything else on the menu but this one pizza rated high for me.

I’ve dined in and and ordered out at this location, and its not bad. Theres an infinite amount of authentic style(fill in the blank here) pizza places in charleston, all with each customer having a different definition of authentic. With that, I’ll say they use fresh mushrooms, not canned, therefore I’m happy. Reasonably priced, not too doughy crust and a sauce with a nice bite that smells of fresh basil. Winner. As usual with most pizza places, dine is always gonna beat carry out. BUT, thumbs wayyy down for the calzones. Calzones without ricotta? Eh eh. Isn’t that stromboli? Well, a half moon shaped stromboli anyway. The calzones are mostly bread, a lot of bread, with minimal filling. If it had an egg wash, it may have given the dough a bit more crisp. Regardless, it was just a lot of bread. The absence of ricotta and marinara(provided as a side) made the calzones a bust.

Paisanos is my new favorite pizza place. I tried it at a friend’s house for the first time — we had the Capriccio(Olive oil & garlic base, basil, spinach, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, feta & mozzarella cheese) and a Pepperoni pizza. Both were really good, and we fell in love with the Capriccio. My sister said she wants it for her last meal! It was so good that the following night, we ordered Paisanos at home. We got the Capriccio(again), the Colbert(Blue cheese base, chicken, blue cheese crumble & hot sauce), and Mom’s Spinach salad. The salad was enough for 3 people(the homemade blue cheese is awesome). The Capriccio was just as good as the night before(thank goodness). We added banana peppers to the Colbert and it was delicious. It was pretty spicy but still really good. I will definitely order again!
