i was asked if i wanted a line of coke at the drive through around 11:15am this morning with my three kids in the car and my husband. when i voiced my concerns they refused to give me the name of the girl that asked me but never even tried to deny it happened i cant even believe anyone could behave this way i am so upset they should be shut down i am calling health department in the morning

The management treats employees like crap, they always talk down to them. They are also very argumentative with customers. Old food sits in the hot trays for hours on end, unless Ken, the district manager, is there. If you order anything with grilled chicken, or fish, ask for it fresh so you don’t end up with a crusty sandwich with e. coli starting to grow in it.

Drive through during the breakfast/​morning commute rush. I made it through with food in hand in less than 3 minutes. My order was correct and I was told to have a wonderful day twice!

In the middle of Charlestown, WV, couldn’t be more thankful for McDonald’s after a spontaneous trip from D.C. I was the first person to order breakfast that morning: D. This location is adjacent to the Hollywood Casino.

I usually need my orders «special» as I like things plain, and so far they have not let me down with a wrongly made burger or fish sandwich. Inside and through the drive through is usually good, and all of the employees are very considerate and polite! I’ve never had an issue with my food regarding taste or a wrong order yet (knock on wood).

Late lunch here today — but a lite lunch — as in burger only — no fries, no combo meal.
The Men’s restroom overall is in decent shape — BUT — the sink needed a cleaning and the faucet was not working properly — I could not get it to emit any water.
Ordered the Quarter Pounder with Cheese to go. Burger came up within a couple of minutes — ate it on the road. Bun was a tad stale — but overall the burger was decent — and not greasy.
