The fantastic customer service was refreshing. I had e-checked in and when I got to the hotel the person at the counter was real concerned about the room I picked because it shared a common wall with the hotel kitchen and was known to be noisy in the morning. With that said, she helped me pick a room that better met my needs. During the course of my stay I had a few interactions with the hotel front desk people and each time it was pleasant. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy.

Ugh, going to be staying here for 3 weeks, and I’ve been placed in a room with bird poop on the window and a sad, dreary view of their dirty grimy roof. Check out the pics for all the fun surprises I found! This is going to be a long, annoying stay! #FAIL

Stayed here overnight for a work function, and it was a great stay. The front desk staff was awesome, the room was pristine and clean, and it was hassle free, even for a large group like mine. There are regular USCG guys that go there to stay during training, and I thought it was nice that the staff overheard that they wished they could grill, so they brought one out for them on the patio. We had a great time getting to know them, and having a BBQ!

Easy to find, plenty of parking, nice staff, competitive prices, roomy enough, standard boring breakfast, no funky smells. Larger than average work out room. Guests here are usually attending the federal law enforcement training center up the street, so if the sight of guys hauling weapons gives you the vapors, you might want to either avert your gaze or stay in nearby Harper’s Ferry. Oh yeah, close to Harper’s Ferry!

After seeing the price of the hotel at the casino, I looked online and found this Hampton Inn at ½ the price. Score! We arrived at 12:00 and our room was ready! Double Score! The hotel staff was very friendly. Our room was quiet, clean and the bed was comfortable. We went down to the pool and we were very impressed. Nice size pool and hot tub. There was even special chairs to help handicapped people into the pool. Impressive. Breakfast in the morning was tasty and well stocked. Our driver to the Casino was knowledgeable about the casino and very friendly and chatty as well. I highly recommend this hotel in this area.

Really nice desk staff. Adam is awesome. I was in the suite, which was really nice. The horse smell outside was awful but that’s not their fault. I would definitely recommend this place! Great AAA rate!

We traveled to Charles Town to take in the live horse racing and this Hampton Inn met our needs for an overnight room. Close to the track, FREE breakfast, and affordable rates. I LOVE the Hilton chain of hotels and this Hampton represents the brand very well. Check-in was pleasant and informative, the room was as expected(with extra pillows as requested at the time I made the reservation), and fresh baked cookies in the lobby in the evening. Although it did not seem to mention it on the hotel website, this Hampton has an indoor pool and HUGE hot tub so don’t forget your swim suit! The Casino/Track operates a shuttle that runs 24/7and stops at this hotel(and several others) which was very convenient.

This Hampton Inn is brand new and super clean. It is across the street from the Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races. It has a shuttle that is operated by the casino that goes back and forth from this hotel and the holiday inn express down the street every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. The hotel was very nice, eco-efficient and everyone there was friendly. Our room, a king nonsmoking was on the 4th floor and away from the elevators. i was happy about that. The room was smaller than I am used to, but it was fine. My husband and I were in town for one night to go to the casino and horse track. It served our needs. The shower was huge, but there was no bathtub. That was fine, and the shower pressure was great. That is something that is often overlooked in hotels. The TV had directv and at least 100 channels. That was nice, there was a lot to choose from. We did not eat the free breakfast, but maybe we would have had we woken up earlier. Check Out is 11, and I wish it was 12 just to give you that extra time to sleep in and get ready. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Charles Town.
