Nothing fancy or special. I think it’s s bit over priced. It was cheaper in Raleigh. Small and washers do not say how long they need. Dryer is $.25 for every 8 minutes

It’s a laundromat. Even today it’s a little busy. There are a lot of machines and staff on hand if you have questions.

Fantastic service! The staff is efficient and so personable. Our laundry was beautifully done and folded to perfection with prompt notification for us to pickup. Will be coming back ASAP! :)

For the cost of doing laundry here, you could buy yourself new clothes every week. THERENTISTOODAMNHIGH. There’s one dude who works there – not the older guy, that guy’s great – but a middle aged, stocky man. He’s maybe the worst dude ever. Yelled at me for scooting my laundry basket on the floor – six inches to the left, I swear is all it was. And the hilarious thing? The thing that passes for customer service here? He yelled at me without looking up from what he was doing, which was nothing. Not that there’s usually a lot to do in a laundromat, but you get the point. Also he hit on some girls there immediately after yelling at me. Then he yelled at a bro for being on his phone. I’m checking out the laundromat in Pittsboro. I’ll drive 30 minutes not to give these jerks my money again.

The best thing this place has going for it is its location in the same shopping center as Flyleaf books and Fosters so I can pop into these places as I wait for my clothes. The laundromat only has a handful of chairs so there isn’t much room to wait there. Everything is close together so you’re constantly running into other patrons and their laundry carts. The washing machines are not as nice as Willow Creek laundry-kind of old and clunky but still costs $ 5 for a load. I really hope they can fix my washer today. I’m totally getting sick of this.

All I really have to say is read the rules(a.k.a. «Laundromat Laws») and follow them carefully, otherwise management will get their panties in a bunch and hang you out to dry. In particular, I feel like the management here has become a bit more hostile with some patrons. The last time I was there, I closed the door to one of the dryers with just a bit more force than one might close a door upon exit, and the guy on staff freaked out! Not only did he scream«Don’t SLAM the DOOR!» but then he came over, re-opened the previously closed dryer door, and then proceeded to demonstrate to me how to properly close the door, all the while saying«This is how you close the door» in a condescending fashion.(And I was thinking, «Dude, don’t come apart at the seams. It’s just a door. And I didn’t slam it.») He then yelled at another patron who was unloading some of her laundry and folding some of it as she took it out of the dryer, even though no one else was around waiting for the dryer. Sorry we didn’t follow«der ordnung» of Laundromat Law, but there’s no reason to act like the laundromat Gestapo. Screaming at patrons and then treating them like imbeciles for making honest and simple mistakes is poor practice and poor communication. Just walk up to them and kindly tell them to read the rules and that certain things aren’t allowed or are problematic. The prices are the same. A bit steep for most loads(roughly $ 7 to wash and dry a medium sized load.)

This place is great. The family that owns it could not more helpful or caring about their customers. It’s kept clean and the prices are reasonable. What else could you ask for from a laundromat?

I’ve used this laundromat a few times, and while it gets the job done, it is nothing spectacular. The hours are decent, staying open until 10PM every night, but it can get very crowded and sometimes a little messy. It’s $ 2.50 per load to wash and $.25 per 15 minutes on the dryers, which is about average for the area. Other than that, it’s a typical laundromat.
