Apartments at Meadowmont

These apartments are nice! Fantastic carpeting, good water pressure, and comfortable kitchen settings. Of the apartment I saw, the layout was economical and had best use of space.
The layout had a circular flow to it. It seemed efficient for energy/​air flow or preservation.
Nice apartment complex. If I lived in the area, these buildings are a good suggestion.

While my experience living at Meadowmont for about 28 months was very good, the process of moving out soured the whole thing.
If you decide to move here, make sure you document ABSOLUTELY everything including each individual spot on the carpet. They claimed that my dog ruined the carpet and made me pay for the 18 months that they expected it to last after my move-​out. I know for a fact that my dog was not responsible for 90% of what they claimed and the carpet was not new when I moved in. Basically, they stuck me we a $ 500 charge… I even offered to pay the pro-​rated about based on the time I was there, but they had no interest in being reasonable.
I was the perfect resident while there. I would hate to see how they treat the people that are not ideal residents.
Again, if you decide to live here (and I hope you don’t), you might want to account for these charges when you look at the costs of living in this complex. They will definitely stick it to you when you move out!
