I’m so disappointed and never thought I’d be writing a bad review for this place. I’ve been spending a lot of money at this one location for the past 6 years. Yesterday(Super Bowl Day) they messed up my order so bad. I ordered 1 large 3 topping pizza. I’m not a picky person at all. I made my order really clear. 1 large cheese pizza with normal sauce, normal cheese, and whole sausage, mushrooms, and onions. When the pizza arrived it was warm and fresh then when I opened the box, I almost wanted to throw it at there face. There was a total of maybe 10 tiny little sausages«hidden» underneath the cheese. Then it gets worst, there were 2 mushroom pieces and NO onions to be found, in fact I couldn’t even taste it. I paid roughly $ 17 for 1 large pizza and BARELY any toppings. Even was generous and tip the driver & this is what I get. On the side, they usually include two banana peppers and 1 garlic sauce. I didn’t even noticed until I opened the box that one of the banana peppers looked like someone chewed on it and threw it in the box. It was honestly disgusting and made me want to throw up and also start to question there cleanliness. I’m sad to say this but they lost one of their loyal customers. I will no longer order from this location. It’s a shame really. Also I wanted to include this part, EVERYTIME I eat their pizza, I always get a stomachache. It really concerns me what really goes on in the kitchen. Be careful, you have been warned. You’re honestly better off spending your money at Pizza Hut because they offer stuff crust and also their pizza any size & any toppings for only $ 11.00. Way cheaper and tastier than papa johns.

One of the large pizza’s I ordered was ½ sausage. One of the pieces on the ½ side had maybe 4 little pieces of sausage. The employee told me that the sausage may have slid from one slice to the other. How can that happen on a flat surface and a flat oven? Also the amount of sausage on the ½ side was like it was they were rationing it out sparingly to customers. Maybe since they are the last building in that that group of stores their oven is not level. Just tried this location once… remember, for every customer who complains their are 20 that won’t complain.

Ordered via the app on my smart phone. Confirmation Email stated a 60 — 70 minute delivery window(which is unacceptable in my opinion). 80 minutes later, I called the store to inquire where the order was. They stated that there was a 2 hour delivery time tonight. What?! 2 hours? I told him that my Email confirmation stated 60 — 70 minutes. I told him I thought I was owed a credit. He said he wouldn’t credit me. 92 minutes later, it showed up.

I’ve ordered multiple times from this papa johns and i don’t know why I continued to. The pizza always gets delivered late and over cooked(I always ask for regular baked, not well done). A couple of days ago when I ordered, the pizza came late and cold. I called and asked for a refund. Now today, I’ve yet to see a credit back. When I called to figure it all out today, the person I talked to on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. He only wanted to credit me back 7 dollars(I had a free pizza – papa rewards – that I used). He didn’t want to give me the credit back in my papa rewards for the free pizza – which I earned after spending a lot of money there! After speaking my frustration, he just hung up on me! Terrible food, and even worse deliver people and customer service. I will no be ordering from here any longer! Good riddance! I would’ve given this place 0 stars, but Unilocal wouldn’t let me.

I go to this Papa John’s quite a bit and I never have any problems. Never have to wait long for them to pick up the phone when I call in an order. Papa Johns as a franchise never has too many specials and you do have to ask what the specials are when you call in to this location. My pizza is always done within the time limit they give me and it’s always super hot and fresh. There is a $ 5 lunch special for a personal hand– tossed pizza, which I think is an excellent price and way bigger than the Pizza Hut personal pan. I haven’t had any problems with this location.

The service here is going downhill. I ordered a pizza and it took well over an hour to get here… and it’s cold. :(This isn’t the first time it’s taken too long for delivery either. Definitely going to order from somewhere else from now on.

It is hard for me to describe the degree of rudeness I encountered while trying to order a pizza tonight from the Metrotech Papa Johns in Chantilly, VA. I ordered a large, half cheese, half pepperoni pizza at 8:18PM. I was told the pizza would be delivered in 35 – 40 minutes, a normal timeframe. I called Papa Johns back at 8:40PM to find out where the pizza was, because I wanted to see if the delivery person could deliver it two doors down from where I originally placed the order(to my neighbor’s house, instead of mine). I was told the pizza was already en route and I could not change the delivery location. I assumed the pizza’s arrival would be very soon, so I said ok and hung up. I called again at 9:09PM because I thought I would have received the pizza by then, 29 minutes after calling the 2nd time and almost an hour from placing the order. This was when the experience became unacceptable. I think I was speaking to someone named Andy. I stated that I was trying to find out if I could change the delivery address to two doors down from mine and find out the status of the order. The person with whom I was speaking told me repeatedly– in a very nasty and impatient tone of voice– that he could not communicate with his delivery person under any circumstances and that I was being argumentative, even though I was civilly expressing that it had been quite awhile since I was told to expect the order. He then told me that it would be an hour and 15 minutes until I could expect the order, which I said was completely different from what I was told when I placed the order. He then stated– repeatedly– that he would just cancel my order. Let me make this clear– I never said I wanted to cancel my order. I did not want to cancel my order! I just wanted to know when to expect the pizza and if possible, have it delivered to my neighbor’s house. Also, it was really contradictory that he was saying he could cancel my order(already en route), but not change the address to two doors down from mine. The person I spoke with said that was not possible, he would just cancel my order, and then I asked to speak with the manager. I could not comprehend how rude this person was. The person with whom I was speaking then stated that he was the manager, repeatedly. Our conversation continued(«I would like to speak with your manager» and the phone person’s refusals to let me speak to the manager, or him telling me that he *was* the manager) until this person HUNG up on me. I have honestly never– not from any pizza company– had a telephone customer service rep hang up on me. I was completely shocked, and moreover I think the person with whom I was speaking(again– I think his name was Andy, but can’t be sure) was intentionally trying to make me feel embarrassed for checking on the status of the pizza and belittled me for asking for the address to be changed. My neighbor called back one minute later, at 9:12PM, to cancel the order. The person with whom she spoke(definitely named Andy) said it was easy to cancel the order. Why was it easy to cancel the order– if it was already en route– but impossible to change the address of the order to my neighbor’s house? Furthermore, I would not have cancelled the order and would have waited for it to arrive if the individual on the phone had not belittled me and hung up on me. My neighbor and friend(2 individuals) witnessed the exchange with shock. They could hear the individual speaking on the phone with me, and his threats that he was just going to cancel my order(as I was being argumentative), before the person hung up on me. I have honestly never encountered such egregious customer service(or lack thereof) in my entire life. I cannot imagine what was occurring in this person’s life, that he would take it out on a complete stranger ordering pizza on a Monday night. I will never order from Papa Johns again. I have had good experiences with Papa Johns; I can only believe this person was lying when he stated he was the Papa Johns Chantilly manager, which reflects poorly on the entire Papa Johns enterprise.

Absolutely Rude Customer Service! First we go there and there is no one to help for 5 mins. After I shout out Hello Hello couple of times someone responds. Tell them my name and the pizza we ordered«Anthony» goes and look for the pizza comes back and says Someone already pick up” I said none one picked up. He says someone picked up. Too Bad and goes away!!! Will never buy another Papa Johns again… The customer service is horrible. I loved Papa Johns unfortunately I will stick with Dominos 5 mins away from which still has the best customer service!
