I brought my son here after Tae Kwon Do since it was raining too hard to run out to the car and come home. The staff was nice and was able to answer my menu questions. I bought my son a grilled chicken kids meal with apples, drink & dessert. No bad for $ 5.00. The apples were swimming in water. They need to do a better job at shaking the water off before plating them up — because they are obviously not cutting them fresh for each order. I ordered a small Mediterranean salad with no chicken. I asked beforehand if there was a price difference to order it without chicken(because if there isn’t I’d just get it on the side). I like that I was able to pull up the nutritional information on My Fitness Pal. It was an interesting salad. There was far too much cheese and dressing on it. The dressing was pretty spicy. I love spicy food but this was a bit much even for me. We used chopsticks(with the plastic holders because we aren’t capable of using them correctly). I’d return. The restaurant was pretty clean. They have to-go containers at the drink station so you can pack up your own leftovers if you have any.

I have only had the basic buttered noodles with parmesan-crusted chicken when I eat at one of these places.(We have no Noodles and Company restaurants in Buffalo). The food is actually pretty good and not very pricey, so I will continue to eat here when I have not been in a while. This is a pretty busy area of Northern Virginia, and many restaurants get really busy at lunch time. If you come here for lunch you can get your meal fairly quickly and have time to enjoy it without having to gobble it down and rush back to work.

Came with mom, was greeted given actual cups not the shitty paper ones, I had the stroganoff(I always do) mom got a Thai hot pot. I loved my stroganoff. Mom enjoyed her soup. It was an awsome 30 minute mommy daughter hang out :-)

I put off trying this place for a long time. I popped in just to pick up a menu and just *had* to take home dinner for the family. My husband’s BBQ pork sandwich smelled amazing, but it was a mess of BBQ on the outside of the sandwich. Who wants to handle that? His chicken noodle soup was impressive with all that chicken. My pasta dish was tasty but soooo greasy. My cucumber tomato salad was okay. I was looking for more flavor, especially with ingredients like onion and vinegar. It didn’t taste like anything special. My daughter’s mac and cheese was good. Her broccoli had a few brown pieces in it. My son opted for the grilled chicken. The staff was friendly. The store was clean. I’d go back a couple of times a year.

I saw a staff using his bare hands to place the noodles on the plate whenI was there ! My jaw dropped when I saw them do this repeatedly! That grossed me out so I’m not coming back!!!

Many noodles & company’s popping up all over so figured I’d give one a try outside of my usual neck of the woods. Going in is a bit confusing because of course you want to go into the door in front of you, but if you do, you head right into the seating area instead of into the line to order. The staff are super friendly and the restaurant is extremely clean. I ordered the penne rosa with Parmesan crusted chicken. It is more like a fried breaking now which is diff from the past. The noodles were nice and spicy with no salt… very weird. They probably needed another 45 seconds to be al dente-a bit on the crunchy side. I depended on the chicken to flavor the pasta and veggies. The tomato bisque and flat bread were very tasty. This is still a decent food chain that is pretty consistent with its execution so I’ll definitely be back. And now with the kids menu, I won’t have to share my food!

Normally this place is good however, tonight was the worst service I have ever received from the staff here. Upon walking in, I wasn’t greeted, and there were three people standing behind the register deciding who should take my order. The ordering process seemed like a chore that the staff couldn’t wait to finish as if they were extremely busy(which they weren’t). No receipt was given nor was I given an option of whether I wanted it or not. The food was good same quality as within all other Noodles. The girl who brought me the food literally just threw it on the table and didn’t even acknowledge my presence, again, another chore that they couldn’t wait to finish. What a waste of money this night as a loyal customer got absolutely zero value for their dollar.

Noodles and company is my favorite! It took me many visits to fall in love with it because finally I realized how to enjoy it! Now I customize my own bowl and I discovered many ingredients that can be enjoyed there! I like that pay attention to the details, never get bored from my details too and never made mistakes! My favorite bowl is the Penne Rosa(sometimes substitute spaghetti) extra noodles, extra Rosa sauce, parmesan cheese, parmesan chicken, shrimp and add cilantro! It’s amazing! Thanks noodles & company :)

Food is fine and standard as many noodles and company joints. My problem with this place was the rude service. My first name is very foreign and I guess is «funny» sounding to most ignorant folk. Well, firstly, the server asked me, is that your real name? Really? I really wanted to reply, no, it is not. I put this name on credit card for laughs. Then, the man serving up the dish loudly says, wow! This can’t be their name. What a ridiculous name. Wow, who has a name like this? Cashier: yeah, that’s what she said. So, I guess that is her name. I was standing right there and really, EFF you. I’m filling an official complaint with corporate.

Such great customer service, seriously. I received a free bowl coup from my last visit and somehow lost it in the smallest purse I own. The manager still honored the coupon even though I didn’t have it in hand. Pesto with chicken, you taste even better now. Thanks, again!

Noodles & Company catered a work lunch for us yesterday! Great break from pizza every Saturday. Good price, great food, and most of all — all of the guys loved it. Thanks for a great lunch. My favorite was the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese with grilled chicken. We will be ordering from you again. Gregg

Learned from an employee that this location is actually a training site for new employees of all the Noodles and Company shops we keep seeing pop up everywhere. THATEXPLAINSIT! I have admittedly given this location a few additional chances lately but by far, they are doing themselves and the Chantilly area a disservice by having employees who dont know what they’re doing at the helm at all times. Boo :(

Last time I came here about 1 month ago, I was very unhappy and dissatisfied with my meal. I came here because I love their penne rosa, it’s my favorite dish here and I had a huge craving for it. So i ordered the Penne Rosa which is a penne pasta dish with a spicy tomato cream sauce with an add on of parmesean crusted chicken. The noodles were dry because there was barely any sauce, just huge chunks of tomato. For a crusted chicken, you would think the chicken would be breaded and crusted right? Wrong, it was a sorry ass piece of chicken that was just golden brown, no crust! I really hope it was just a bad day because it’s usually good here but the food needs to be more consistent. The cashier was great, she was friendly and helpful. It was just the food I was disappointed in. I’m going to give them one more try and see if it’s better next time. And hopefully update my review to a higher rating!

Husband took me to lunch at Noodles & Company yesterday. He has been a few times before, but this was my first time. I ended up trying the Pad Thai with Shrimp. I ordered a small. Our food came out fast and fresh with a good flavor. I was happy that a «small» was so big. I left feeling full but energized.

It’s an interesting concept, and my wife is a pasta fanatic so we’ve been here three times or so. I’m surprised by some of the reviews. I put this place squarely in the A-OK category. This is the only Noodles I’ve ever been to, so I cannot compare to other locations. This location is easy to get into, the staff is friendly, the food is brought out promptly, and the location is clean. Plus for the Coke infinity machine. Ultimately, the menu is fairly limited, but what they have they do pretty well. The Stroganoff isn’t as thick as my Mom would make it, and the noodles a bit to al dente but it’s nice and sour — the way I like it. The Thai’ish dish is very tasty — the right blend of curry, coconut and spice. Ultimately this is one of those ‘either you like or you don’t’ sort of places. Not really the sort of place to keep on hitting if you don’t like it once. We will be back, it’s an A-OK place.

Stay away from this place! I love Noodles and Company but this place is horrible. I went twice to give it a chance and I just can’t take it anymore. The first time I went, I went with a family member and both of our food was ice cold. No exaggeration. The next time that we went, we asked if they could make sure it was hot. Again ice cold and just disgusting. On top of that we ordered a small side salad and it was literally 3 bites. I will not go back. The one in Vienna is fantastic but do not go here!

This has to be the worst Noodles & Company I’ve ever been to. I usually enjoy their food. My usual is their Indonesian Peanut Sauté with a chicken breast. The first time I got food from this location, I ordered online and everything was great. However, the second time, they forgot my chicken breast. I realized this once I got to the office and promptly called the store. The manager was very nice and offered to replace my meal for free for my next visit. The manager did indeed live up to his promise and the next time I went, I receive a free meal that was well made. So I began to forgive this location a bit. However, I ordered my lunch online today and checked to make sure everything was in my bag. Once I got back to the office to eat, I open my bowl and half of my food is burnt. Well, maybe not half but a good third!!! I could not believe this!!! I have never had this happen before. I took a picture because, who would believe that? So, it looks like I will not be returning to this Noodles & Company locatiion, which is a shame because I really like the food. They really need to get their act together. Don’t go!

This location is new for Noodles; formerly Jerry’s Subs and Pizza was located here(they moved further on down the strip). It’s a good-sized restaurant, larger than some I’ve seen. They have a lot of variety, including sandwiches and salads. They now post the calorie count on the wall menu, which I think is wonderful. It always helps me decide what to have, including making sure I order the smaller sized bowl! I usually order the Stroganoff, which is a delicious blend of flat noodles, sour cream, steak, and mushrooms. It’s really one of those comfort foods and better in the colder months. When I went during a heat wave, I just didn’t feel like having a heavy meal like that. I went with the Pad Thai and added the shrimp. Yum! It was light and nicely seasoned, really hit the spot. My friend ordered the macaroni and cheese with meatballs, which was also very good(but way too heavy for me). He couldn’t even eat it all and got a to-go box for the rest. They now have one of those cool digital soda machines, which lets you choose from seemingly hundreds of types of drinks. I had a Dasani sparkling water with raspberry and peach(mixed). It was perfect for the 100 degree weather. There are also three kinds of iced tea available: blackberry, sweet tea, and regular unsweetened tea. So glad they opened a Noodles closer to me – I love it here.

I was so delighted when I found out a Noodles & Company had opened up right in this shopping center. It’s in a perfect place to pick up some takeout on my way home from my dance class. It’s nestled at the end of the strip, with outdoor seating on the side. While there isn’t much seating outside, the inside is quite large. It looks very clean, bright, and the ambiance is nice. Upon entering you are lead in a little maze right up to the register to put in your order. If it’s takeout, just sit on the side and they’ll call your name when it’s ready. If you order for here, they will give you a number, you sit, and they’ll bring food and silverware to you. The kitchen is open which is cool to see them make your food, plus no worries about any skeezy business happening behind the scenes. The menu is very eclectic, having several Mediterranean, Asian, American, and Italian noodles dishes, as well as soup, salad, and sandwich option. It’s a great place to go if you are eating with a group who have varied tastes. They also have small and regular sizes, and you can pick your protein. The dishes are reasonably priced and while none of the meals are outstanding, they are still pretty good.
