Recently I went shopping for my grandma and my mom’s birthday gift. The sales people were very helpful selecting my gifts, and my grandma and mom loved the jewelry I got them!

Wow, I just had the most pleasant experience here! Came in looking for a Mother’s Day charm and was promptly helped by the lovely Gabrielle. She was knowledgeable and was able to show me all the new charms that just came in as well as offer suggestions. No pressure to buy. By the way, this place has a huge selection! They have charms in the display cases and well as hidden ones underneath. If you can’t find what you are looking for, they will show you some that are not on display. Paying was easy and Gabrielle wrapped the charm in a gift box with ribbon without even asking. Score! I even got a gift bag with a ribbon and a gift receipt. This particular store has a 3 month return policy. If you lose the gift receipt, don’t worry — all purchases are saved under your name so they can look it up later. Easy peasy. Great experience, I would definitely come back here again.

I was excited to shop at the Pandora store for my birthday. I was not disappointed. The store was very, very, crowded and busy. You were asked to put your name on a waiting list to be served. They had water and cookies while you waited. The district manager was present and she could not have been nicer. Even before it was my turn with a sales associate, she answered a few of my questions, let me try on her bracelet and gave me a book to peruse my selections in advance. Once I was set up with an associate, it went even better. I was paired with Adilah, she was magnificent. We went through the pages I had bookmarked and she showed me everything and let me choose from those selections. She made recommendations, but was not pushy or aggressive and her sales pitch. When I finally narrowed down my selections, she arranged my charms in a pleasing order on my bracelet. She gave me her card and her phone number, so that I could let her know when I would be coming in again — and I am coming in again — and she would attend to me personally. I love building a personal relationship with a sales person who will take the time to know your likes and dislikes and look out for items that you might be interested in. Even though the store was unusually crowded(probably due to a promotion), once I was with a sales associate and I had been able to look at the book and make some selections ahead of time, I was done in less than half an hour.

Ive been to this location multiple times already. I love how its so much closer to my home versus driving to santa monica or brea since i live right in between. The last few times Ive been here I’ve either purchased or made a few exchanges. This is probably my favorite location considering how nice everyone is here. I read the previous review and am sadden they had such a low star. But my experience here has always been terrific. No issues and the employees here take the time to help me pick out the right charms even if its an exchange from a different location. Im so happy to have this location closer to home so it makes it easier to go to when i want my bracelets cleaned. The other locations have been on my ____list given how rude and stuck up they are. So im glad to have not only a convenient location but one of the best services given to me at this location. Thanks everyone and keep up the good work!

The customer service here is TERRIBLE. Been here a couple times and it has only gotten worse. Go to Jared for your Pandora needs or make the trek to Brea. I stood in line today for almost 30 minutes and got overlooked until I finally tracked down the manager… I won’t be coming back.
