The service is amazing and the food is delicious. The parking is pretty packed and the wait can be long.

Fantastic Ramen, I haven’t been disappointed in a dish here yet! Check in for a quick Gyoza and you can add fried rice to any of the ramen dishes, very delicious and highly recommended!

Waited to long to be served and when it finally came after 30 minutes of waiting, it sucked. Simple as that.

Kabuki is great! I understand that chains can get flack, and a lot of them absolutely deserve it, but this Kabuki has never failed! From their sashimi salad, to their calamari, and even chicken teriyaki – everything tastes gooooood.
Their spicy miso ramen is bomb, and is even on par with places that serve it exclusively. Also, weird shout out to their chicken strips. They’re panko breaded and so dericious.

This is my first time eating at Kabuki Japanese Restaurant. My friend ordered the Rainbow Roll with brown rice – nice option! She ordered the house salad, as well, and found it to be very fresh and nicely dressed. I ordered the Tofu steak with miso soup. The soup is yummy, but s bit salty for my taste (but to be expected with any restaurant food). The tofu is fresh and the teriyaki sauce is perfect. The presentation is beautiful with great service. We’ll be coming back to try other items!

So far, great service. miso soup tasty. Had offer for free order of gyoza dumplings by posting review in Unilocal.dipping sauce slightly spicy but good! Had the chicken teriyaki plate. lots of chicken! Will be sure to come here again when we come back to SoCal!

Great sushi and amazing happy hour menu. Make sure to stop on weekdays from 3 – 6 to snag those great deals on fresh rolls.
I’m only disappointed that this location no longer offers the reverse happy hour menu. Pasadena and a few other locations offer so please consider offering reverse happy hour again

Came to happy hour and it was definitely worth it. Dumplings were delicious along with the king crab roll.

I’ve been to this location previously, the food is always fresh good quality and most of all prices are not that bad, give it a try you won’t regret it.

For a large sushi chain restaurant, Kabuki does offer good sushi and a variety of rolls. They offer Happy Hour rolls and drinks as well.

This is my first time here and everything was delish! I have never been to another restaurant to eat sushi/​rolls other than RA, and I must say RA has nothing on this place. I will be back!

This is just for their take out. I have to say that I’m pretty disappointed to come home and see that the hand rolls I ordered to go looked like they were rolled by a child! I probably could have done better job! My husband and I eat at this place all the time with family & friends. Ugh. We eat with our eyes people!!!

Driving through my boyfriend’s hometown, we ended up eating here for lunch. Parking is usually packed no matter what day it is, but we lucked out and found one right up front.
Décor is artsy with lots of seating inside. Customer service was amazing! Our server was on point and very attentive. He took our order quickly and served up edamame right away.
The reason for the lack of some stars was because overall, the food was good, but not amazing. My favorite roll we ordered was the garlic salmon with asparagus roll. the asparagus was cooked well and the sauce that accompanied it paired perfectly with the salmon and asparagus. We also ordered the rainbow roll and the dynamite roll.
Make sure to check in to get a free order of gyoza! That was the perfect starter for our meal.

Tonight was the greatest service ice ever received coming here. Dave was just an awesome host/​waiter. He was VERY helpful, and on top of everything. We barely ever had to make room for ourselves on the table because Dave was taking away as soon as he noticed things needed to be cleared. Our drinks were always full too!
Aside from this amazing service, I love this place so much. I’ve been to the Brea location as well, and I like knowing that the general practice and training of the staff is above and beyond customer service. It’s always a pleasure to eat here.
The food is amazing! The teriyaki chicken is so delish, the sushi is fantastic, and the Miso soup… like Homer Simpson says… aagghhiuhhhghhhjjj (picture him with his tongue out and drooling before eating a donut!) Do be prepared to spend money here tho, because with good quality food, comes higher prices. It’s not your typical hole in the wall dive sushi bar.

Portions have shrunken significantly. Shrimp is have the size as normal. Shrimp spears to have been eaten tempura normally covers the entire shrimp. this was broken off one end, as if bitten. Well exactly as if bitten gave me 10% off but didn’t get my shrimp.

I went to drop my mom off to LAX airport so as a pit stop we came here to eat. I got the tonkatsu ramen and it was a little bland tasting I was expecting a little more from it, but maybe it was because I was sick. However I did enjoy how much pork they put inside! The service was very good though! Also if you check in you get free gyozas!

Had a great experience while having lunch here. I’m sure it was my error in ordering, and when our friendly waiter Patrick realized it was a misunderstanding on my roll order he had it removed from our bill without us even asking. Great friendly service that enhanced our lunch experience even more. Plus the food was great too. Thanks Patrick and kabuki for a great lunch.

We have been here many times in the past (Before I was a Unilocaler) and haven’t been here in a few years.
We came here to celebrate our friend’s new job. He is a big sushi fan. He had the sushi and enjoyed it immensely. My wife went her adventurous way and had the California Rolls — which she always enjoys. I had the fried Brussel Sprouts and the Seared Albacore Salad. The Brussel Sprouts were excellent. I have always enjoyed Brussel Sprouts and am pleased with their new popularity as many restaurants have added them to the menu. The seared albacore salad was very good. The dressing was fresh and delicious but not too sweet — which is sometimes the case. There was a generous portion of albacore on the salad.
The service was good. I love their Edamame here they have a pleasant saltiness that I not usually find in edamame. I ordered a Sapporo Beer — but they were out so I had to settle for a domestic alternative.
This restaurant is always very clean and doesn’t have the traditional fishy smell of a Sushi bar. I am a fan.

I used to work in the Cerritos area, and Kabuki was my go-​to sushi restaurant. It’s located in a shopping center across the street from the Cerritos Mall. They have great happy hour prices, which is when I recommend you should go. Most rolls are half off around $ 5 with beer and sake ($ 1.95 each). They have unique sushi rolls. My favorite is the Spicy Tuna Crunch Roll. The Vegas Roll comes in at close second for my favorite. It is essentially tuna and cream cheese and the outside is fried tempura batter. So good!!!
The service is usually good, but they do get busy at lunch and dinner time, so you can expect a little wait. Overall, it’s a great place you should try if you’re in the area and craving sushi!

Talk about AWESOMNESS! This place is amazing! My family and I just left here today Wednesday for an early dinner and it was incredible. Let me point out that I’m not a sushi fan but I looked at the menu online and saw a very detailed menu of salads, soups, rolls rice, etc, This isn’t just a sushi place, there is more to love here and I did indulge.
Overall appearance of the restaurant was a 5 star

My chicken ramen hit the spot, it was seasoned just perfectly, lots of noodles and the amount of chicken was just right.
Our rolls were also perfectly prepared and tasted fresh and looked like they were prepared with love and care.
Service was exceptional, it was truly and amazing meal and I will be back for sure very soon.
