I am obsessed with fried chicken right now, and theirs is absolutely delicious. That’s really the only reason I come here. Salty goodness all around. The chicken is usually hot and crunchy. I don’t partake in Filipino food, so I haven’t tried anything else on the menu. For me the worst thing are the sides. The rice, mashed potatoes, and gravy were all very«meh.»

I admit that most of the food is pretty bad at Jollibee, but I get cravings for their chicken joy, fries and gravy. Pass on anything beef or sliders or any of their other sides, the quality is just not there, but the chicken joy always made to order as well as the fries. Prices are cheap but portions small, so order up, though it is pretty heavy and filling, especially with the gravy. Service was great, a bit of a wait but worth it. The store clean and well kept, worth trying at least once.

Spaghetti party pack was supposed to be ready for pickup at 430, get here maybe 5 minutes after 430. Still here after 5 o’clock and it’s still not ready.

This store is good but now i just ordered 2 burgers and fries, but it took them almost 30 minutes to give my order. I even said that i want to follow-up my order but still, it took them 10 minutes.

This is located in the seafood city plaza. While there’s plenty of parking for the market, there is very limited parking in front of the restaurant. Service: the employees are all very polite but your pick up orders don’t always go through when you call ahead. Cleanliness: the restaurant is always maintained very well. If there is any spill of dirty tables, it is quickly attended to. Prices: Reasonable Chicken joy bucket: Freshly made, crispy and well seasoned. You can choose between regular and spicy. Be sure to allow at least 15mins for the spicy chicken. Fries: Crisp and fresh when immediately consumed. However, they become slightly stale fairly quick if not consumed right away. Mashed potatoes: comparable to church’s chicken mash. Good in consistency and gravy is not too salty. I have called in my order four times in the past and it has never been ready upon my arrival. ¾ times they didn’t even have my order in the system even though I provided my information and I still ended up waiting at least 25mins for my «pick up» order. My most recent visit was tonight. I came to order in the restaurant, the parking lot was full, I had to stalk people like I do at Costco to get a parking spot. I called the order in since I saw the line was long and informed Krystal I would be right in. I found a spot and waited in the line of 8 people. Right before I reached the counter to pay, my named was called to pick up the order. This was the first time my order actually went through and I actually received it quickly. Even though I seem to have frequent communication issues with placing an order, I will continue to come for the chicken joy!

First time having Jollibee! The menu is kinda hard to read, saw a lot of great pics on Unilocal, but couldn’t really figure out how to order exactly what I wanted. I ended up getting a 2 piece chicken and 2 sides combo. The chicken was pretty good, but very salty. Good thing I like salty! For my sides I got corn and mashed potatoes. The potatoes were dry and the corn was whatevs. Staff was friendly and the place was clean though!

I love their food and this visit there was a guy that helped us out his name was Andre? That’s what his name tag said. He was really friendly and made an effort to smile despite rush hours. Let me know the time estimation and my order was ready in less. They also apologized for 5 min wait, too kind. They try their best to give good customer service despite being a fast food place. My friends order actually didn’t go through so they forgot his order… He’s not as happy about it, but they tried. He got a free mango pie thing that I ate.

I don’t know why it took me so long to try this place out when I have a lot of Filipino friends. Fried chicken were actually good. Good size, crispy, and juicy as advertised. Fries were okay and the gravy felt like grits. I recommend it. Service can lag though.

From their service to their spicy fried chicken, this place definitely deserves five stars! I got a C2; 2 pieces of chicken and you get to choose 2 sides. I got the meal without the drink, which took a dollar off the price. You gotta get the spicy chicken! The chicken is super crispy and they add their spicy seasoning on it, which makes the crispy chicken skin so tasty! For the sides I got the butter corn(sweet and had the right amount of butter) and the mash potatoes(the gravy is really good). The ube pearl cooler is one of the best taro boba drink that I have tasted! I definitely recommend it. Their customer service was also great! My boyfriend changed his order about three times because he couldn’t make up his mind, but the cashier wasn’t even annoyed by it and when we were leaving an employee stopped what he was doing and came to the door just to greet us goodbye. Definitely one of the best service I experienced from a fast food like place.

This Filipino influenced restaurant is located in the Seafood City plaza. Parking here is somewhat of a maze/battle field but you can find easier parking towards the middle. This restaurant does not have a drive thru. Tonight we ordered the fried Chicken Joy bucket with a family style spaghetti. The food took a bit of a while to get served, so it’s hard for me to call this place«fast food.» Time aside, the food was good. This restaurant features a separate dining area for private parties hosted by the bee himself. Speed, slow. Food, good enough. (Visited 06/30/20156:13PM)

For those of you who are wondering, this place is right next to my doctor’s office(I had to go in to get some blood drawn the other day), and I decided to try it out for the first time ever… I know wtf right? I mean I’ve lived in Cerritos basically my entire life, and I’ve never eaten here before?! Well let me just start off by saying that my filipino ex boyfriends would never want to eat here for some reason I got the big yum burger which turned to be to AMAZING! This was the first time, my brother had eaten here as well. He got some patties with rice Overall good food, I noticed around 12:00 that a lot of people started coming in, and the place started to get packed, so this is definitely a lunch rush type of place if you want quick filipino food! Interior was nice and clean, considering that this place has been around for a while, and it’s considered a fast food type of joint Next time, I’ll need to try the chicken joy because from the sounds of it, it seems like a lot of people like that, and the halo halo P. S.YAY for lucky number 300th review on Unilocal!:)

friendly people who keep saying«po»(word to add politeness) — i spoke to their servers in tagalog and they are fluent, yay! i think this small jollibee is one of the older ones — its modern inside but the outer signage is small and oldschool (ill post a pic) you might miss it driving north towards the 91 — unless you turn into the strip mall/square. the place is oldschool inside too, not as fancy as some of its jolli counterparts but quaint, nonetheless. my non filipino friend was impressed with their chicken. i already know their chicken is good. i was craving for that and jollispagetti tho. ugh. there goes my diet. nice to see you again, jollibee!

I like going to a Filipino fast food just like this because customers service is always great. They mostly hired Filipinos that got that genuine«Filipino hospitality»(you really can’t train people to do that, it comes natural). And yes as you can see from all these Unilocal reviews that Jollibee is the Filipino version of McDonalds. I grew up eating Jollibee way back in the Philippines when I was little so I know the authentic Jollibee taste. Unfortunately, it doesn’t come close from the Jollibee in the Philippines. Though their food is not bad either. I do love their food especially their burger steak. This particular menu reminds me of a Loco Moco dish. I always come back here for their peach mango pie(I can definitely eat a dozen of that a day). That’s one menu items they have that resembles and taste like the original one from the Jollibee from the Philippines. Some of the dishes are a required taste for a Non-Filipino to like it, especially their palabok and halo halo, but hey don’t judge a food by how it looks! Just eat and find out for yourself :)

Chicken joy, spaghetti, peach mango pie… etc. missing the Phillipines food? Come here. Only downside is this place is busy most the time also the price is kinda pricey for filipino food but then again, have u ever found a jollibee in the US that’s cheap?

I’ve had Jollibee before when I was in Hawaii. We came here, it was fairly busy for brunch time. Service was friendly and polite. I would say it is a little slow, they appear to be understaffed. Our chicken, corn and gravy were quite salty. Our side of fries was so small and sad looking! The Halo Halo was disappointing, more like ice cubes than shaved ice. The restaurant could really work on its level of cleanliness too. Floors appeared sticky, many tables had bits of food on them, even their glass windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for days — rather off putting when you are trying to eat. Probably not somewhere that I will be in a hurry to go back to any time soon.

Openly displaying my Filipino Pride… Pried Chicken! Jollibee = Philippine McDonald’s/KFC. It’s a one-stop shop for burgers, chicken, noodle dishes, breakfast, rice dishes & dessert. Each has their favorite, but for me, I always go with the chicken joy plates. If you’ve had Church’s Chicken, then you’ll find familiarity with pinoy-style chicken. Similar type of breading, but with one blaring exception — mushroom gravy! Dip each deliciously fried morsel of chicken before eating & you have magic. Chicken combos come w/a leg & thigh, mushroom gravy and your choice of side — rice, french fries, mashed potatoes & gravy or sweet corn. It’s $ 1 less if you don’t want a drink. Decently priced, the meal is good when you’re craving your Filipino fast food fix. A popular food option, which I don’t care for myself, is the Filipino sweet spaghetti. Thick slices of ham & sausage, a healthy amount of cheese with a cloyingly sweet sauce over noodles, the spaghetti is comfort food. If it was really authentic, the spaghetti would be made with slices of hotdog. Again, not a fan of this, but I don’t want to make you reluctant from trying it yourself. You might find your new food crush. To each their own. The breakfast options look really appealing, so I may have to stop by before 11am sometime. Service was good. Our order was taken right away. We were told it would take about 10 minutes because the chicken was in the fryer, but we waited much less than the expected time. BTW, the staff gives out pagers to let you know when your order is ready for pickup. Yeah, for a fast food place. Crazy, huh? Plenty of seating, but the place does get packed so prepare for the rush. The bathroom was pretty & clean when I had the drain the lizard. Parking is in a private lot at the Seafood City plaza. Mabuhay Pride with some Filipino fried chicken! Looking for some unhealthy, deep-fried, salty & sugary sweet escapism? Then, come to Jollibee where satisfaction awaits ;p Recommend! NOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM

I first tasted Jollibee in PI, back in the year 2000 this was before Jollibee made it to the states with multiple locations. To me its an aquired taste, that is if your a southern Cali girl like me you may find the taste of the burgers a little bit different. The meat has a distinct taste. In the PI Jolliebee is like McDs to us. Its very popular there. I eat here because sometimes the Manilla born and raised husband wants his sweet spaghetti fix and his chicken joy. I usually order chicken fingers and pair them with fries or better yet the sweet potatoe fries. I never take advantage of their banana ketchup that they offer. To end it, I get the banana pie with jack fruit. Located on Norwalk blvd in Cerritos in a private lot, in a little strip mall, offering photo opportunities with JolliebBee its-self. If you like filipino food you will like this.

So we’re driving in LA this weekend, and we pass a Jollibee. I see a big sign that says Chicken, one of my favorite things in the world, so I am intrigued and I look it up. I see there is one near my work. I decide to go for lunch today. Very bright, very clean(like seriously, spotless!), very nice workers. I go with the spaghetti & fried chicken combo. Random for sure, but why not try something new? It was less than $ 7 and included a drink. The food was up before I was done paying. I go take a seat and start with the spaghetti. Hmmm. They have a sign on the wall declaring their spaghetti to be «the spaghettiest,» whatever that means. It was different, that’s for sure. The sauce is so sweet, it’s like a dessert. There are pieces of hot dog in the sauce, and is covered in cheddar cheese. It definitely wasn’t the worst thing I have ever eaten, but I can tell you, I won’t be craving it. The chicken on the other hand, was quite good. I like the gravy served with it as well. The skin had a nice flavor and was very crispy. I would probably come back for the chicken.

Jollibee is the McDonald’s of the Philippines. I truly would like to give this place five glowing stars, but time and time again they keep letting me down.
Dear Jollibee Management, Your service is really bad, in fact it SUCKS. Your customers sadly knows it. They keep coming back anyways, because you offer comfort food Filipinos like. Please do us a favor and train your employees better. My non-Filipino friends always ask me for good Filipino food places and honestly, I CANNOT recommend you guys, which is really sad. As much as I want to promote my Filipino Pride, you guys just don’t have it in yourselves. I keep deducting stars to your rating and I’ve gone less and less through the years. I know I’m just one person, but eventually you’ll alienate most of your your customers to your detriment. Why not fix your problems? It’s fixable. Sincerely, A Very Disappointed Filipino Customer. My recent experience: I was given the wrong order. I didn’t realize I got the wrong order until I got to my second stop. I went back & they knew they made a mistake the moment I opened the door. Apology, apology, apology. I told them to just make sure I get what I ordered. I get home and what do you know, they still screwed it up. I got the spaghetti & fried chicken, but«Sigh» They gave me the wrong sliders, corned beef instead of spam. The reason I don’t order the corned beef is because it is super SALTY. Other experience: Went to buy fried chicken. They were out of thighs. How do you run out of chicken when your primary sales are those items. It takes 10 to 15 minutes each time I’m here. For a to-go order that had already been precooked. how does that happen. I will keep coming back. But it will be another long time before I do.
