Unique Dinette

After shopping around numerous local furniture stores (including those on Route 110 in Farmingdale), I found Unique Dinette after searching for local dealers of a particular brand I was interested in. I was assisted by Albert, who was informative and knowledgeable about the brand I was seeking as well as showed me options in other brands with similar styles. He did not push any particular brand, and spent a generous amount of time with me discussing sets and offering unbiased advice to assist in making my decision. After much debate I ultimately went with the brand I originally was seeking, and Albert was very competitive in his pricing for it. The set arrived within the time frame he originally quoted, and the delivery team were friendly and cautious. A great experience!

My husband and I stumbled into Unique Dinette after hearing from a friend that they had a good selection of great quality dining tables. I had been struggling to find a particular dining set that worked with my house and vision. The store itself is blink and you miss it… so pay close attention when you’re driving. The owner Albert is very nice and super attentive. As soon as we walked in I saw the table of my dreams. The prices were about average, but for what’s it worth the quality is way above average. The table set was delivered fairly quickly (around 4 – 6 weeks). When it came we noticed some defects in the table. It was missing some stain in some areas and there were a few deep gashes in the legs. We called over to Albert and explained what we saw, he asked us to send over pictures through text and contacted the factory. Within a month we had a brand new table delivered. It was a timely process, but well worth it. Not many companies will stand by their product or replace a piece of furniture without charging a restocking fee BUT Unique Dinette does! I would recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and amazing quality goods.

I just left unique dinette after ordering a kitchen table and 6 chairs. I could not have been more pleased with the service. My wife, two kids ages 2 and 4, and I were there for an hour yesterday and another hour and a half today. The owner was extremely helpful and took his time answering the many questions we had. The prices were better than anything we had seen during our search. Shopping with children can be difficult and mine were definitely not on their best behavior. Despite this, the owner was more than patient with us. The next time I need to buy furniture I will definitely check here before making any decision. I highly recommend this place.
