Customer service is second to none. I always feel comfortable, even though the aesthetician is dealing with intimate areas. It could be awkward, but I’m glad I found a place I can go that does a great job, makes me feel good about myself, and makes me feel comfortable when dealing with delicate areas.

Wax on Wax Off is a really great place to get a wax! I’ve seen both the ladies Maria and Kari and they are both so sweet! They make you feel really relaxed and not nervous at all, very friendly ladies. Kari helps you with your breathing when doing your wax so it doesn’t hurt as much. Priced pretty fairly too! If it’s your first time going just be sure to know its a studio INSIDE the Salons at Whitestone, definitely had me confused at first, I will definitely go here again for all my waxing needs!

I’ve always been a bit nervous about waxing, especially the idea of a Brazilian wax. I mean, I’ve had my eyebrows done, and that was ouchy enough. Putting hot wax where and then ripping WHAT? Not me. Nope. So, then… there was this Living Social deal, and I was kinda tired of shaving and hey… it’s only hair, right? It’s only hair on the girly bits, right? I mean, how bad could it *REALLY* be? Turns out that when you’ve found someone who knows what she’s doing, it’s not bad at ALL. I mean, it’s still warm wax on sensitive bits, but amazingly enough, it wasn’t as painful as I was expecting. Kari used a hard wax on me, and it was warm, but not so hot I was worried. It did look a little bit like pureed Smurf, but hey, what else are they good for? The Brazilian was a bit painful, but Kari talked me through a breathing trick, and it helped a lot. We also did my face on the second visit, and wow… Kari was detail-oriented and thorough on both of them. She talked to me the entire time, and the studio was clean, a good temperature, and comfortable. I’m going back this evening for the third time, and I don’t see myself finding another place unless Kari and Maria move to another state.
