Tropical Smoothie Cafe

See my post picture. Ordered a smoothie at 5:43pm and it took 17 minutes to get my order. There was only 1 person inside and they got their order way before mine. Crazy. Thanks for the discount or upgrade last time I’m coming here.

We come here every so often and get the King Caesar Chicken Wrap. Very consistent, always tastes the same. Good!

Don’t know what happened to this place? Smoothies used to be great. Now they stink looks like they are trying to cut down on ingredients.

A great place for a long breakfast wrap and smoothies. They have several varieties of smoothie, all healthy, and you can add vitamin and protein supplements.

Always friendly! They update the menu frequently and offer a rewards program through spot on

We got two smoothies and neither was fit to drink. We noticed another woman throwing her peach smoothie out and we did the same. We talked to the other lady as we were leaving and she said she couldn’t decide why it tasted so bad.
Also, we had questions about protein powders, etcetera, and the man at the register had no idea. He told us the fat burner was a pill they out in the drink! Then he showed us the pill!

Let’s just say I’m NOT PLEASED. Found a dead fly in my salad. So disgusting. Not to mention the salad looked like it had been made by a 5 year old with a fisher price you kitchen set. Globs of tomatoes, maybe 5 pieces of very thin chicken and a dash of cheese. Seriously? I paid almost 7 dollars for that. I don’t think so. NEVER WILL I EAT HERE AGAIN!

I have usually had super postive experiences here. The smoothies are great, and the customer service during peak hours of business is fantastic. However tonight March 21^st at like 7:45pm. I go and there are three young ladies working and nobody is there. Nobody greeted me which I thought was odd. And as I went to place my order the two ladies in the back just ignored me pretty much. The other one in the front kept cleaning tables. They both saw me so I was like what is going on here? One of the young ladies then walks to the cash register and says nothing just looks at me and waits for me to say my order. Like she was upset I came in. I’m sorry I took 5 min of your time to order a smoothie. To say the least it was the worst customer service experience that I’ve had. They close at 9 so I didn’t understand why the coldness. Either way I love the drinks here but the customer service experience was bad enough that I don’t know if I’ll be coming back. At least not at this time. I’d rather deal with the busy times if when its empty I can’t even get good customer service.

stopped in to grab lunch. I had a very good buffalo chicken wrap. My wife had the chicken pesto flatbread and our boy had the kids turkey flatbread. Everything was great and the staff was very helpful. Definitely going to be adding this place to the rotation.

So I go this place often usually there’s a bit of a wait but not to the point where I’m just gonna leave and get my money back. But a few weeks ago I waited about 15 min for one smoothie so I was okay you know it’s lunch time there’s a couple of people ahead me. Fine. I get to work to taste it. And it tasted like crap I tasted no fruit no sugar nothing. So ok you know accidents happen but yesterday was the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere in my life. I go in to order my usual sunset paradise. There’s two ppl that had been waiting already and seemed pretty ticked off. So I order and notice there’s 3 ppl in the back and only ONE girl making smoothies by herself and the rest just hanging out I wait 6min. Just to order because they would not look up to the front looks like the girl was on her phone. But whatever I order sit and wait. One of the customers that were already waiting finally got her sandwiches and the other, a man looked ticked off he stands up walks around a little then finally goes up and asks for a refund because it’s too long to wait. Turns out the girl making smoothies just started making his Lord knows how long that guys been waiting. So he gets his money leaves then finally I get mine after a wait. Get to the truck take off sip it and I feel hair like peices in my mouth. I take it out and it’s plastic like things. So I think ok accidents happen come to find out my whole smoothie is filled with thin tiny hair like plastic shavings. Wth how does that happen I call the manager he blames it on the poor girl thats being trained. What the hell then asks for my email to send me something so I can get another smoothie. Worst day ever after looking forward to that smoothie all week.

This place is good. Even better then I once gave them credit for (previous to becoming a Unilocaler).
Initially, I came here since the Jamba Juice near there mysteriously closed. And it didn’t compare. I was sad.
But I gave it another try. And found a carrot equivalent smoothie to JJ’s that I loved.
I’ve also really appreciated them working with my kiddos to create the perfect smoothie. Taking away things or adding. Good customer service!
Yesterday I asked about a possible «orange…» And she read my mind with «orange dreamsicle» and really delivered!
Haven’t tried their food items yet.

I regular this location and have always been well taken care of. Very friendly and clean establishment.

I was expecting something fruity, cold and creamy. Instead I got what tasted like fruit, ice and sweet-​n-​low blended together. I threw away a $ 9 smoothie. It was pretty much the worst smoothie I’ve ever had. I doubt I’d try them again. Way too expensive to chance getting another gross smoothie.

I don’t know what has happened because I am a frequent customer of Tropical Smoothie. But recently the smoothies are terrible. I went in today and got a rockin raspberry. It tasted like ice and raspberry. Nothing more. Of course I took it back. It wasn’t drinkable. I got it replaced and the second smoothie a paradise point, is just as bad. This one tastes like ice and pineapple. Not a hint of anything else and no sweetness at all.
Get it together TSC. Your product is too expensive to give customers less than what they are used to.

I went here for lunch today with some colleagues.
A+ performance on food, staff, service, ambience, timeliness… The whole works.
I don’t expect too much from a sandwich place, but they delighted me with the variety of options.
I ordered the chicken pesto flatbread, and I’d go back for it as often as I can.
Much deserved 5 stars!

Love this place — recommend the buffalo chicken wrap & triple oat berry smoothie for a deliciously healthy (sorta) lunch.

I keep finding my self in here every couple days. I can’t stay away! The smoothies taste so fresh and I love all the different options. You can also choose sugar or Splenda or no sweetener. As far as what you want in it you can pretty much substitute different fruits in different smoothies and ask for extra of certain ones. My favorite smoothies so far are the peaches and silk when I’m on the go early in the morning or looking for a sweet pick me up during the day. The island green super food smoothie is packed full of kale, mango, pineapple, and banana and tastes crisp and refreshing. Gives you a really nice burst of clean energy. The peanut butter banana smoothie (not sure what that one is called) is INCREDIBLE when you’re looking for a more indulgent smoothie. It’s like a chocolate peanut butter smoothie from the gods. MMM. Food wise I’m OBSESSED with the chicken pesto flat bread. I always ask for extra tomatoes but that’s just me. Bottom line tropical smoothie is addicting and delicious and seriously FRESH and fast and much healthier fast food than anything else! If I could give this place 10 stars I honestly would! :)

Love the low-​fat smoothies! I get mine made with splenda. Also the flatbread sandwiches are yummy. My fave is the chipotle cranberry turkey club

Legit healthy! The smoothies are delish and for 24oz, pretty spot on for the price point. Healthy meal options w/​cal counts displayed. Good option if you are looking to eat right on the fly!

Christa was very helpful. I got the Health Nut (no splenda) w/​the whey protein. It was about $ 5 after tax & delicioso! I decided to stop in here, after my workout and chose this smoothie place since a nearby one had poor reviews.
