Polite and helpful staff and great customer service. I can’t say enough positive things about Brendie, who worked for several days to get my account up and running. Highly recommend this store!

My wife and I visited this location at approximately 10AM on a Thursday. After a brief wait, Jon and Julieann were very helpful getting my my wife and I set up with a new family plan. Julieann was still in training, so the process may have taken a but longer than usual, but this was explained to us when we arrived and we weren’t in a hurry. Not that is has anything to do with this store, but so far the service has been great all over the Austin area.

I signed up for T-Mobiles Family Plan several months ago thinking it was a great deal under $ 40 a month unlimited. Boy was this a mistake since then i have had nothing but problems one bar on my phone 75% of the calls I make and receive are dropped call failed, numerous text messages not delivered. The service is horrible disgusting. T-Mobile should not be allowed to sell this service or i should say NON-Service for any price until they improve it is just plain awful period. In addition to this when I called T-Mobile twice now for help to tell them about this, I was told they would call me back by the end of the week 2 times they never called me back at all. They know their service is awful at least in the Round rock, Cedar park, Avery Ranch areas if not a wider area and they continue to sell something that does not work and when you complain about it they dont call you back. I will be cancelling this horrible service today. Stay away unless you like 1 bar and constant dropped calls and non delivered texts all the time.

Don’t know if it is fair to review just this one store.BUT. Wal Mart sent me there to see if I could get my T Mobile phone repaired, see that review! I had my phone for three weeks and it had a problem where you could not input any text or do any credit card info. Young lady told me they do not repair those phones because they were sold by Wal Mart. So T Mobile will not send one of their phones to a repair center or tell me where to send it. By the way Wal mart will only replace after two weeks. This was the second T mobile phone I had because the first one went bad in a month. T Mobile must make some really bad phones. There is also no corp. office you can complain to, only a phone tree with no humans and just operating tips. Owned by a European company that purchased them out of bankruptcy.

I got so spoiled with my T-Mobile provider in Dallas, TX, Chris could fix any problem and was tech savy. When we moved here to Cedar Park in March I found this T-Mobile store to buy a charger, In July I had some problems with my phone. I took it to this store expecting the same experience as Chris had in Dallas… FATCHANCE!!! Not a damn one of the employees in this store can figure out how to turn my phone on much less fix it, they seem to go through more trouble making me prove who I am than they do trying to fix my phone. Customer service experience tells me that even if you can’t help me fix my phone that you would get on the phone with Headquarters and try to help me, instead they give me the number and tell me to call them and move on to the next customer. WTF??? I don’t know the answer much less the question! I have been in this store 3 times and all 3 times they told me to call Customer Support. Really? This place sucks. Fail.
