The sprint store resolved my issues immediately while the other sprint store about a mile away told me to return my iPhone to Apple when they could not activate it. Great prompt service… would recommend.

Came to get a new phone. Got the job done. But I felt kind of pressured to buy a very expensive phone case. Also the person who was helping us yelled over us to her coworker and laughed (inside joke I guess?).
One thing that really shocked me was a really innapropriate song came on. I had a 3 year old with me. It was just awkward and nobody realized it except for me I guess.

I wanted Sprint cooperate to know they have an awesome employee at this store. Met with Justin Gutierrez yesterday due to needing a car charger. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgable. Was in and out with a new charger within minutes. Thanks Justin!

New phone plan with unlimited data! The staff was very helpful in choosing a plan. The store seemed a little bit run down and it took awhile to get help

Not the best place to go. Staff spends time chatting between themselves and customers when they seem to ignore customers who come in. Waited 45 minutes when there were only four others in the store. The staff are immature in many of their actions. Do not waste your time go to the corporate store off lake line and 183a. Highly professional.

We have had several experiences with Sprint. We hated the Samsung phones. Finally have the 4S. Sprint Wowed me by having these on hand days after the phone became available. My husband, with the Samsung Transform was so upset with his phone that we switched to the iPhone 4S… he can’t believe how much easier everything is on the iPhone. 3G is the only drawback. Sprint handled the switches we have down, but it always seems to take a really long time. However, they are always nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would give 5 stars if they were faster.
