Subway

Our most recent trip confirmed that this location is on the lower end of execution for a chain that is starting with mediocre ingredients. I ordered a chicken sub and the texture of the meat was very strange. I am not exactly sure how I got this vibe but the young lady preparing our subs was not overtly impolite — but I got the impression that she hates her job and she was counting every second until we left her alone. That’s not easy to convey with purely body language and tone.
I think this one is off the list for me.

Slow service, dirty, unfriendly employees, and I’m not sure how a sandwich shop can run out of bread :/​will not return to this location. After many trips to this location I’m finally done with hoping they will ever get better

I wish it was possible to make «No Stars». This used to be my favorite subway to go to in high school. It has now become 24hr and it’s the only one I can go to late. I went in around 10pm tonight (8÷21÷14) and was completely baffled by the group of screaming and yelling girls outside. I know you don’t have control of that. But you can tell them to shut up and move away from your business. I walk in to be less than greeted by Bailee and I think Ashley. Can’t remember the other girls name. They continued to have a conversation as I stood there waiting. The other girl was closest to me and says «she’ll be right with you» like she’s so busy. Continuing on with their conversation. All in all because I’m getting pissed as I write this, TRAIN YOUR FUCKING EMPLOYEES. just because you just work at subway doesn’t mean you don’t have to be professional. Get it together guys. And to the girl who said «she’s staring at us like she hates us» I do. You unprofessional and immature. Grow up.

The bread is old and soggy, and the ice machines are disgusting. i wish the health department would shut this location down.

there was a video on one of the employees websites that showed black mold and maggots crawling all over the outside of the ice machine. The machine is inside of Subway and he said that the mold and maggots were falling into the machine. He was not allowed to clean it as that had to be done by the machine owner (leased?) They came out and did a substandard job… still filthy and disgusting. (That is when the employee posted the video as he saw little kids drinking sodas with ice from the machine).
Needless to say, the next day the employee posted that he had been fired.

I cannot believe this place is 24 hours now! The food is always great and consistent. i get the bmt on the herbs and cheese. im not sure of the sanity of the employees here but what can you expect from a 24 hour sub shop.

This subway is anything but FAST. You may go on a couple times and it not be too bad as far as sandwiches go but, you are just lying if you said they were fast.
I have gone to this Subway for a couple years now ONLY because it is near my house and ONLY when I am in a hurry. The employee turnover is so often that it has to be a joke or truly this Subway has won the record. It is always dirty and the workers haven’t a clue. I have heard the owner is very unreliable and unpleasant. (I am being very nice here)
But, Today takes the cake. The incident didn’t even happen to me and yet I am complelled to take time out of my evening to let you know.
A lady three or four people in front of me had her sandwich given away, by mistake, I have no doubt, to another customer. The worker who messed up sent her to the back of the line to wait for another sandwich for her to be made. She was very nice about the whole thing and waited patiently. When they finally made her sandwich and I let her cut, the worker behind the register kept telling her that her sandwich would be free and such. However, when she got to the register… HE CHARGED HER. He said his boss would be mad if he didn’t charge her. Unbelieveable!
This is a true testament to people ignorance and selfishness. The employee should have paid for her sandwich. BTW: as I was there the sandwich came back… yes, the guy brought it back. A worker told the employee behind the cash register to throw it away but he did NOT. He saved it behind the counter. WHY? Is he going to eat it. Ugh.
I am too tired to go on… maybe another day. Because he forgot someone’s cookie and was carrying on and cutting up at the register like he was performing for us. Someone give me an X. But, I’m sure he won’t be there next time anyway.

It’s a Subway alright, and just as fast and delicious as any other.
I’ve been eating at this location for years now, and I’ve never been disappointed. Almost every single sandwich on their menu tastes great, plus they’re relatively healthy. They have a nice range of breads, meats, veggies and condiments so that you can try something new every now and then. I usually get a 12″ tuna on Italian, but the chicken teriyaki and the meatball marinara are especially good.
As per usual, they also have chips and cookies and sodas. Really, I’ve eaten at Subways in like 5 states and never had a sandwich I just plain hated.
There’s only one thing about this specific location that kinda peeved me. A few years ago they installed these two touch-​screen machines that were supposed to streamline the ordering process more than it already was. They did little to make ordering faster, in fact they kinda just caused problems. I haven’t eaten here in almost a year, so I don’t know if they’re still there, but I remember they were a bit of a hassle.
Either way, we got used to it eventually, but nothing beats talking to a person.

I had a horrible soggy sandwich here, sloppily thrown together by the teens working there. If I’m gonna pay $ 9 for a stupid sandwich it better look like it does in the picture and come served on a golden platter.

It’s subway — but this particular location provided more than others I visited in regards to speedy process with good customer service. This team and store have a great process down getting people through the line quickly instead of feeling like you have spent your entire time waiting in a long line to order.
Definitely no complaints and will be back.

Elizabeth and Josh can throw together a mean sandwich. I go in here often enough that I actually know there names, and I’m horrible with names …
anyway they are pretty cool, they have rock music playing :) I can get in, have a nice chat, pay, and walk out in 4 minutes flat. (toasted, yes please) I don’t know how long I just sit there yakking and slowing them down/​wasting time, but these kids are really fast.
The Feast baby, that is the sandwich of champions, no $ 5 foot long for this boy, give me the $ 5 6 inch, with enough meat to choke a bear. try it with Oregano Italian, good stuff.
