We like this place. I used to go to the one in Round Rock many years ago!
Lots of options and great descriptions on the menu board. Always friendly employee and clean store.
My son (6) most recently requested a smoothie. He’d been sick so I welcomed something healthy going into his body. Yes, they have a kids menu too!

First time visiting smoothie king and we were lucky enough to stumble upon felisha. She was awesome, helpful, knew the menu inside and out and was able to make stellar recommendations. This is what customer service is supposed to be like.
The smoothies are creative and delicious but on the pricey side.

I am a loyal customer of Smoothie King and I have been to locations all over Houston and Dallas. I went to this location just this past weekend with my cousin and the staff was either rude or not knowledgable on their own store offers or policy. One of the staff members threw my card towards me on the counter instead of handing it to me even when I clearly put my hand out to take it back after he swiped it. I walked in thinking how nice the place looked compared to other locations I have been to but the attitudes of the staff was a major turn off. I will continue to go to Smoothie King but I will probably never return to this location again.

I’ll give 4 stars for smoothie but they lose the rest due to the staff’s attitudes. Instead of making orders together, they called out each smoothie individually. This led to confusion when other customers ordered the same thing, or so we thought. They called out one of our drinks, I went up to the counter, and the guy said «It’s not yours» but with attitude. It made it seem like he actually knew whose it was. I said ok and went back to my seat. He continued to call out the order another 4 times and then looked in our direction and yelled it out. We went up there and they practically threw it at us.

I love the concept. The product is still what I recall it was back in the 90’s, tasty! The service at this locatio is totally hit or miss. Some days they are rockin and others they are completely lost.

I hadn’t been to a smoothie king since the 90s when I saw this location had opened near my house. I remember not being fond of their smoothies but saw they had a new menu and decided to give it a try when I found myself in need of a quick lunch between errands.
Their wellness blends were appealing being made with both fruit and vegetables so I ordered the carrot kale dream which has Carrots, Kale, Bananas, Orange Juice, Apple Juice, and a Vanilla Protein Blend. So far so good right? The first sip was ok, but by the second I realized why I didn’t care for their smoothies in the first place. They are very watered down in flavor. I made it through a third of the smoothie and then tossed it. Honestly I prefer the smoothies I make at home to these.
The store inside is still new and clean, and the staff were bright and friendly. Overall though I would rather spend $ 10 to make myself a weeks worth of flavorful smoothies than $ 5 on one I ended up throwing most of away.
