The worst experience I have ever had printing passport photos and general store service. Completely disorganized and confused. Spent 1.5 hrs in 1 day trying to do something that should take 15 minutes. You can feel the customers’ frustrations across the store’s department.

The pharmacy department is rude. It’s not the first time, but this time I’m writing a review. I called to ask abut a prescription I have on file to see if I had a refill, she just kept saying no, not here, in such a rude way. I was trying to ask questions for clarification because I was totally confused… like offering questions for her to give me help and she was just being so totally unhelpful and snippy. At the end I was about to say«ok I’ll call my doctor to find out» when she said over me, rudely, «there’s no point in arguing about it». I was not arguing just trying to nicely get clarification!

This guy was being so rude and they asked me for my address 4 times! This really bothered me consisting I’m in pain. If one person confirms the address every me ever of the staff doesn’t have to ask the same question as a form of protocol. It’s redundant! The guy who supposedly helped me was behind a sun proof window so he felt it was okay to be rude. It’s not my fault you don’t like your job and you’re stuck at work on this beautiful day. So why be mean and rude towards me. I’m really in a lot of pain and so I called and checked if my rx was ready ahead of time. It was and so when I went through the drive through no one was there in line so why couldn’t he just give me my prescription with a professional attitude. If I was feeling better I would’ve went into the store and complained to the manager but I briefly spoke with the pharmacist about this person. I believe his name was Jamal! I’m not sure but I will never forget that voice and I will be back to thank him for being rude. Anyways I hope this helps someone just go inside people seem nicer face to face.

Minus stars since your website does not specify you cannot pick up any otc medication at the drive thru. Why else would I want to go to the drive thru if I didn’t have a sick kid I prefer not to drag out of the car? Thanks for nothing!

Every single time I go in to fill a prescription they take for ever. I usually have to wait 45+ minutes. Even when I call ahead of time they always have a long line but what else can you expect with so many people and so few workers.

It might take you 30 minutes just to pick up your meds, which your doctor eRXed. They are really understaffed! My first time visit was couple months ago when my doctor first eRXed. I saw my doctor in the morning around 10am. My doctor sent my prescription electronically right away while she was seeing me. I came to CV Walgreens at 2pm, I was told my drugs weren’t ready. I had to wait for ½hr to get them. My second time visit was today. My husband called in for my refill yesterday, was told med will be ready after 8pm yesterday. However, I came one day later. After staying in line for 15′, the pharmacy tech told me she couldn’t find any of my med. After answered all of her questions, she told me, «FYI, your prescription didn’t go through». She went disappear for 5′ then she came back with my med. even though she was nice, I’m not happy with what has happened to me. I’m not planning to come back for any of my refills. I will have to find myself a better pharmacy.

Waiting 45 minutes to pick up a prescription is a common occurrence here. Totally sucks. I really need to find a better pharmacy.

I always come here for my prescription around 5pm. Heads up, it will be a long line. I also feel like the employees here aren’t as happy. I walk in the door, I just get a «hi» with no smile and they continue doing their work. Are they not being paid enough? Just seems so sad here.

I give them a 3 based on me and my family have gotten flu shots at this location with ease, quickness and no problem. I can’t really speak on filling prescriptions at this location, but sad to say it sounds like their just like 159th ave Walgreens and 24 hour Walgreens on Washington Ave both in San Leandro, they put back prescriptions say you picked them up then try and re bill insurance when you come in asking where your prescription at they told me you already picked it up when I didn’t and yes they have more customers than they can handle also, they always have new people who don’t know what their doing. I figure the turn around in employees must be high because they don’t pay enough or people just don’t want to work. I’m thinking of moving my business elsewhere, but will it really be better?

Walgreens here is definitely from the stone age. identifying aisle signs difficult to see, store is ultra small. still, it’s better than nothing for local residents. meds on the pricier side. few alcohol offerings.(no space) buys: something liquid or chips.

Pharmacy: understaffed, prescriptions take forever, when you call in they put you on hold forever and when they finally answer, they«accidentally» hang up on you, not giving a damn how sick you are or how badly you need your meds… Lines suck and they WILL leave you waiting forever in the photo center, while they’re on «break». I think in switching to CVS too…

Wow, I’m shocked to hear people talking about their customer service! This Walgreens is located in the Village Plaza across from Ross and the recently new TJ Maxx. Parking is pretty much not a problem and this location also has the drive thru pharmacy. Thankfully, I have been coming to this Walgreens for a while and haven’t had to deal with any bad customer service. This is usually my go to store when I have to pick up prescriptions. I usually pay with my benefits card from my job and there are times where it doesn’t work and the lovely ladies at the pharmacy do not mind going out of their way to continuously work on the problem until my card finally works. When I pick up my medicine it doesn’t take more than 20 minutes. I’m in and out usually all the time. This is also the store where I do most of my coupon shopping and not one time have they given me a problem about it :-)! Good experience for me so far!

I been coming to this pharmacy for a very long time. I spoke with Cynthia who is rude, and didnt seem to care i ever come back. This pharmacy got to big and thinks they can treat customers anyway they choose. Time for me to take my business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Loooong wait every time I come to get my prescriptions. The drive through is a joke. It’s at least a 20 minute wait every time even if there are only 2 or 3 cars in line and the people who work there don’t care. Hire some more people to work in the pharmacy!

Horrible customer service!!! Sales person who greeted me didn’t sound sincere and had a moody tone in her voice! She also told me rudely, after seeing I had 12 packs of bar soaps in my shopping cart, that I was limited to buying only 4, because they needed the sale to last through the weekend? Guess she didn’t want my business today!!! I’m taking my money to CVS from now on!!!

This is one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever been to. They are grossly understaffed. Prescriptions are never ready. Forget about trying to pick anything up during after work hours, the line wraps around. Hire more people! I’m switching to CVS.

I’ve used this pharmacy for the past two years. They seem to be consistently understaffed. Whether I’ve dropped the prescription off, refilled through the app, had my doctor call it in — I’m always waiting an inordinate amount of time when I pick it up. When I’ve tried to call the pharmacy, I’m consistently on hold at least 10 – 20 minutes, sometimes longer. The people who work in the pharmacy are generally nice but it seems they’re always understaffed and too busy to keep up with the customers at this location.

Worst service ever. This pharmacy doesn’t know what they’re doing. I’m switching to another pharmacy. You’re better off going to San Leandro or anywhere else really. Any walgreens will be better than this one.

Until this place gives me a reason to give it a bad review, I will continue to come here and give it a 4 star. I may also have just gotten lucky when it comes to customer service. Convenient location for me too. :-)
