Terrible. I placed my order online 2 hours ago for delivery, and now after being told 3 different answers, am sitting in the restaurant waiting to pick it up. 1. They said website delivery times are wrong. Even though they already estimated 70 minutes, guy on the phone said they’re really running at 90 minutes. Hello. Under promise and over deliver. Simple as that. It’s a warriors game tonight, we know you’re busy. Instead of taking accountability they blamed it on the«website just being wrong» 2. Again. Zero accountability. Everyone has a different answer. Yes, it’s a warriors game– I understand. That’s why I placed the order 2 hours ago. Address on my account verses delivery address was different– yes, but you confirmed it on the phone. Why are you now telling me that it’s on the way to a different address, when 10 minutes ago you said it was in the oven. After getting 3 different answers, I drove to the restaurant to pick it up myself since they said it was still cooking. I get there and they said its on the way to my home. Why. I just talked to u 10 minutes ago. So now they have to get the driver to come back and bring it to the restaurant. When the correct address was there on the order the whole time. Meaning, if I never showed up to the restaurant, we would have never seen our order and someone at my «home» address would’ve gotten $ 80 of free pizza. Next, girl at the counter says she’s the manager in charge and cannot do anything to help me. I asked for the managers I go, she says she can’t give it. I asked for corporate office, she said its not their fault. Other guy says, «actually our manager is here do you wanna speak to him?» Girl says to guy«why would you say that?!» Busted. The actual manager was pretty empathetic and kind. I felt bad for being angry, but he still only took $ 30 off my order after being 2.5 hours late and delivering it to the wrong place. End of the day, the pizza is good, the service is not. Fix the website. Read addresses. Take 30 seconds to actually confirm an order and you will ALWAYS be slammed when the Warriors play in the finals. Especially against LeBron James. Staff accordingly

Thought it was going to be easy since South Bay MMPs are awesome! Not the case with this location. If you are ordering with the intent of delivery/taking the pizza the bowling lane, be prepared to wait at least 90 minutes. We ordered at 1:30 at and didn’t get pizza until 3ish. The pizza themselves were great!

Pizza is ok, but don’t bother ordering ahead. I called and was told 20 min. I showed up after 25 min and still had to wait 30 min for my pizza. Ridiculous smh

Pizza is good but their service, not so much. Staff isn’t friendly and it took them forever to bring us our garlic cheese order. They also don’t do a very good job at cleaning the tables and booths… Not a fan of this location.

Worst Mountain Mikes location I’ve experienced. Unreliable quote time, which would have been tolerated if the customer service was at least decent. I’ve had issues with the Lewelling location before but they were handled so flawlessly that I happily returned! Looks like I should have stayed with the location I KNOW takes good care of their customers. The gentleman who handled the phones tonight was completely incompetent and not once did he even apologize for the long wait.

Terrible customer service. Paid for my take out pizza that they let the pizza sit on the oven and didn’t even bother calling my name. This place sucks. Change management already

I came in on a Saturday night with the kids to visit my neice, a cashier. I frequent the Mountain Mikes in San Jose and wanted to give this one a go. I ordered our usual; a salad bar, a fountain drink and a large pepperoni, then I went to change my son. The bathrooms are horrifying. I would’ve left then and there if my neice wasnt working. There are no changing tables. I had to sit on a broken toilet wrestling with my squirming son and a dirty diaper. Not fun. Unfortunately I did Not get to eat the salad bar as there were an odd amount of fruit flies in the room and engulfed the table beside us. An hour later the kids and I were getting restless. 1 hour 10 minutes later my poor neice brought the pizza out, she was so embarrassed and apologetic. I asked her if it usually takes so long(I worked in a pizza for 4 years and this never happened) she said Yes, all the time. Even Monday afternoon she tells people an hr on the phone because it’ll be late if she doesnt. The pizza was good. Not worth the ghetto bathroom, the not so fresh salad bar, or the 1hr 10 min wait. The last thing I can’t believe is cashiers(who seem to run the shop) don’t get to keep their own tips, None of them. She told me everything that goes into the tip jar and even the credit card tips gets split up between all employees, even the day crew that didn’t work that shift, sometimes 9 ways! She said she used to make $ 100 a week now $ 30 every 2 weeks. It doesn’t add up. I gave her my tip; like I do at Every restaurant, with Every waitress/waiter because they earned it. This place needs some serious attention

Ordered pizza and was told it would take hour to get it. After more than an hour and a half, I was called and told that it still wasn’t ready and that they also didn’t have enough drivers. Won’t order from them again. I gave two stars because the person on the phones was polite.

First time here. Last time here. OVERANHOURFOR2 pizzas when quoted 25 minutes. We called in our order for 2 pizzas that are on the menu. We were told it was a 25 minute wait. My husband arrived in time to pick up pizzas, waiting in line for 5 minutes. When he got to the counter, he was told it would be 5 more minutes… 5 minutes went by… still no pizzas. Was told 5 more minutes. This continued until it was ONEHOUR and 5MINUTES when we received our pizzas. FORTYMINUTES past the time we were told our pizzas would be ready. NOOFFEROF A DISCOUNTORCOMPENSATION for total incompetance. We were very upset since we had friends at the house waiting for dinner. Will NOT be back. Will keep going to Round Table.

I would give this place Zero stars! I ordered a lunch buffet. Waited 30 minutes no pizza the place had 20 people waiting. And when they did bring the pizza out small half chesse/bell peppers for 20 people. Very rude, dirty.

Usually pretty happy when we order a large combination. Seems like a couple times they’ve tried to say that my coupons have expired when they didn’t. Too bad they tried to shake you down for a couple extra dollars when you are a patron. Really miss Ye Old Pizza Joint in San Lorenzo. It burnt down a number of years ago oh well…

If the bathroom was clean and not so ghetto I would’ve given them three stars. Also I expect more from mountain mikes because they are on top of their game in my area. But when you have a predominantly male staff and the ladies bathroom is not up to par then I don’t even want to know what the men’s bathroom looks like and they are handling food, etc. I frequent the mountain mikes in Belmont usually and used to go to the one in San Carlos so maybe I’m spoiled but at least make sure there is soap, a door on the handicap stall and that the tissue holders aren’t broken. Maybe they just cater to a rougher crowd but still, soap. The gentleman that helped us(a young blond kid) was helpful and friendly. Other patrons served to be enjoying themselves and again, the pizza was good as usual.

Family restaurant, no changing tables in the restrooms. Um, ok. The kids like this place mostly because of the wall of quarter gulping toy machines on the entry wall. The food is ok, but I’m not a pizza gal. The fam seems to like it. The Hawaiian bbq is our favorite. The staff is fairly apathetic as well. But I’m sure they’re just as annoyed by the quarter stealing machines. Beer by the pitcher, convenient location, lots of teenagers hanging out. Pretty basic pizza joint, nothing too special to keep me coming back.

Pizza is actually pretty good. On one occasion I got an order that rung up for around $ 30. I luckily saved a copy of the receipt– I never do that! Needless to say my bank account was charged around $ 90. The only way that I see this possible is if someone wrote in a $ 60 tip. I got the run around for weeks. I was told I had to come in to settle the bill. When I came in, I was told management was unavailable. Multiple times. A manager«Jazzy»(I believe) eventually settled the dispute but not until after a ton of headache. This is reason enough to skip this place.

Pizza pizza. O wait, wrong commercial. Order — Combo slice Hawaiian slice Pepperoni Buffet salad For the price, it was great. The selection was decent but I’d stay away from salad that sits there all day. The pizza was crunchy like chuck e cheese and the ingredients stuck to the pizza so that’s a plus. Too bad I don’t gorge into my food like I used to it I woulda ate ½ a pizza.

Be careful giving your credit card number to this business I ordered the pizza then I canceled the order but still I was charged $ 40 so if you are one of those lazy people don’t check your statement You would lose your money so if you give your credit card to this business make sure they won’t overcharge and make sure if you cancel they didn’t charge you anyway I called my bank I disputed the charge I got my money back but the hassle I had to go through to get my money not worth it

Okay, I wasn’t too sure about this place, but the husband and I were in the pizza mood and did not feel like driving anywhere. I placed the order, was told it would be about 45 minutes, so I went for a run. I came back in less than 45 minutes and my husband had already eaten, he said they were here quick and the pizza was hot and yummy. We also ordered wings, which I normally don’t care for at regular pizza places but they were actually really tasty. It came out to $ 25 for a large 1 topping(half pepperoni, and half mushroom) which was so much pizza, we ate it for three days. I would definitely order again, I was satisfied with the customer service on the phone, quick delivery, and tasty pizza.
