Russ took great care of my car and I love the way how it turned out at the end! I recently got into a collision and the left side bumper was totally crashed. It took about 3 – 4 business days to get my car repaired. Although it was my first time experience at this location, Russ was very professional, fast, and polite. I’m very satisfied with the result and I really want to recommend this place to everyone.

We tried attaching some aftermarket trim to our hot rod and weren’t having any luck doing it ourselves. I brought it to Russ and he was great about reassuring they would take care of it and no issues about it being a small job. They did a great job and were careful working on our «baby».
We also needed a repair job to another vehicle which had gotten a monster dent in a parking lot. Russ did the estimate and found it was better to get the job done directly rather than add a claim to our insurance with the deductible. They did a fantastic job with the dent repair and matched the metallic paint so perfectly that they didn’t even have to blend with adjoining body panels. The job came in under the estimate and done in a timely manner. Russ is great about keeping in touch and letting us know about his schedule and the status of the job. He is personable and friendly, and easy to work with. Highly recommend for your auto body needs!

Took my black Silverado to Arthur and Russ for a small but very prominent ding. They discussed all the key aspects of the job with me very patiently (good education about black paint), made the repairs in a quick manner as promised, and then provided on-​going care advice to keep the paint job bright and lustrous. Very, very pleased. They seem very happy to be a part of the Castro Valley Community.

Alameda Collision in Castro Valley is on the Boulevard on the corner of CV boulevard and San Miguel Street. Such a convenient location as there aren’t many good body shops in that immediate area.
I was referred to the shop through a friend and was so happy that I ended up getting the work done there. Arthur (junior) and Martin really made the process as painless as possible. Arthur walked me through all of the insurance processes step by step and kept me in the loop the entire time. I was originally told it would be a 5 – 6 day repair but they got it back to me on the end of the third day, which was a welcome surprise to say the least since I was missing out on my carpool lane access stickers while it was in!
Martin even stayed late that evening while I fought south bay traffic so that I could pick up my car well after (1 hour +) closing hours. These are truly stand up guys who always put the customer first. My car looks brand new again and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work! I hope I never get into another accident, but if I do I can assure you I’ll be visiting Arthur and Martin again at Alameda Collision in Castro Valley!
