As a new home buyer, entering into the real estate market is extremely daunting. John Ledahl, however, made the process comfortable. John is a veteran realtor who is honest, an excellent negotiator, and goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are comfortable in the process. I can tell that he truly values his relationships with his clients and is incredibly knowledgeable with the East Bay housing market.

I had a great experience using John as my realtor. He was a pleasure to work with from the day we met to the day we closed on my new home. He went over and beyond to make finding and buying a house enjoyable. When we were still looking for the right place, he sent me listings of houses that met my criteria anytime a new listing came into the market. I was very picky in the home I wanted and John was very patient with me. We went out to look at homes many weekends until we found the right home for me and my family. John got us a great deal on our home too, getting the offer accepted well below what it was listed for. If I ever decide to buy a new home, I will be using John to sell my home and help me find a new one!

I’m pretty sure he’s a racist and bigoted. We went to see a house that he listed. Now, we’re both extremely well to do and looked the part too with the way we were dressed. I’m a lawyer and my husband works at a major tech company. He took one look at us and our brown skin color and looked back at his phone, ignoring us. Not a hello.
Nothing.
Finally, we decided to be the more respectful people and greeted him politely. He looked up, stared at me for a few seconds, and had to struggle just to get a «thank you for coming by» with a cold stare. I bet the two review on Unilocal that he has are from white people.
Any Indians, Asians, African Americans– I’d avoid this guy.

John is a fantastic realtor. He made himself available at any time of the day and made a tremendous effort in getting things done quickly. He was lots of fun to work with. He is kind and has strong ethics. John is a true gem in this heartbreak market.

John Ledahl helped me buy my first house in Dublin. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Dublin, Pleasanton and the surrounding areas. He also knows a lot about the local schools. The process of buying the house went very smoothly, and he devoted a lot of time to it. He event went above and beyond and coordinated the upgrades. He contacted well-​regarded painters and contractors on my behalf, conducted the site walk, and presented me with estimates to sign — saving me a lot of time and hassle!
