The best pastries I have had in a long time! Totally worth the calories! There is not a place for high tea around castle rock but this place is wonderful for pastries and tea. Just a gem.

Most Kneaders locations are 5 stars, easy. Their French toast is one of my favorite foods ever. But at this location I have on one occasion had a hair in my soup bowl and on another occasion witnessed them shaking the rug right in the middle of the cooking area. We love Kneaders, so we just go to Parker whenever we get the craving.

I am in Colorado on business, I have been to this location twice. My first experience was excellent, staff was courteous and attentive. I visited today to grab a quick bite and I am not pleased with this experience. I was in the restaurant with two other customers, both were sitting eating meals. A customer empties her lemonade because it didn’t taste right, the customer advised the staff. The young women said she would look into it. The customer turned around and the young women rolled her eyes and walked behind the counters. During my 17 minute wait for my food, no one checked on the machine. I patiently waited(for my slice of dessert), to overhear the young team behind the counters talking about NSFW topics. Slightly alarming, this is a family establishment? I happened to make eye contact with one of them and they didn’t care to stop. Sad to say, I won’t be back. I know Kneaders won’t care, they’re a restaurant that cares about profit. I’d just like families out there to know — be careful about bringing your young children here, as an adult I don’t care to hear conversations in that nature…

When I made my post about my experience with not being charged what the menu indicated, I wasn’t expecting a reply but hoping it might be something Kneader’s would take note of and fix. I was very pleasantly surprised when I heard from someone right away who immediately addressed the issue. It turns out it was a bit of a technical glitch — an obscure button in the system that added ½ dozen cinnamon rolls but didn’t handle the buy 5, get one free. Cody, the owner at the Castle Rock location used my receipt to find the problem, credited me for what I should have been charged and even gave me a treat. Most impressive! Mistakes happen — how companies, and more importantly the people at companies, deal with them when they happen is what sets them apart. Needless to say, I’ll return to Kneader’s! I’m glad too — they have really good food.

I work in the area and eat here fairly frequently. The sandwiches are always fresh and the portions are more than filling for me. I have had several of the cakes and they are delicious! Also very good sized portions. But the reason that I am writing this review is a little more personal. Today I went to kneaders on my lunch break. I always go through the drive through. Today was no different. The staff(My receipt says Steve) is always friendly and courteous. My food was made quickly and I was able to get back to work with time left to actually eat it. When I got back to work I opened my kneaders bag and found a hand written note on a bag containing a rice crispy treat!(I’ll upload the picture) A lovely little note with a lovely little dessert. It made my day! Thank you Steve for your little act of kindness! You turned a not so great afternoon into a great day! And of course, I’ll continue eating here. Maybe even a little more often. :) Thanks Kneaders! You guys are great!

By far my favorite place for some soup or a great sandwich! The food is always delicious and high quality! Ingredients always taste fresh and I love the smell of the freshly baked bread when you go in! Garrett, one of the managers, is consistently friendly and really puts his customers first! Will definitely continue to bring my business here! Favorite Meal: Turkey Artichoke Panini and Tomato Bisque!

I love Kneaders!!! I am addicted to the almond croissants! The pastries at Kneaders are soooo addicting so be careful(especially on Saturday night when all pastries are 50% off) I always take pastries to church on Sunday because of how cheap they are! the staff really works hard to make each experience a good one! I haven’t met any employee who has not been incredibly friendly. I cannot recommend Kneaders enough! I love how many healthy options you guys have! It’s really hard to find real food that doesn’t have preservatives and is made from scratch. You guys are by far my favorite bakery!

Pretty sure the worst sandwich I’ve had for quite some time! Chicken pesto panini something. Very thin piece of dry chicken, about 4 wilted basil leaves, under ripe tomatoes, and oversized dry bread. Came with 15 oily potato chips. «Kneaders» something more to eat! Want my $ 4.00 back or whatever this cost me.

I am a fan! I love their fresh bread, their sandwich selections… and OHYA, their pastries are things dreams are made of. Their location has ironed out the«I am a new place» kinks with service much improved and a pleasing«meet me for a yummy bite» locale. My favorite meal: chicken noodle soup with focaccia. Top that off with a mint brownie, and my taste buds are happy-happy. Also consider… this a place to pick up a thoughtful gift for a friend; be it an éclair for the friend having a hard day, or a loaf of bread from their large selection to a family in need of a little love. They also offer gift baskets and catering. I’m so glad to have Kneaders added to the Castle Rock community!

Good food, nice selections, excellent bakery items that are better than Paneras. Just don’t expect to go on a Sunday, it’s nice they give their employees at least one full day off. My only gripe was addressed by the owner/store management satisfactorily and I’m upgrading my review to what it should’ve been. Great pastries!

I’ve been to Kneaders twice. They have really good bakery — easy to grab a little loaf of cranberry bread to take to work, hostess gift etc. if you can figure out the price, that is. First visit was breakfast with lady friends on a weekday. They had plenty of room, very nice and helpful staff. Their egg omelette felt expensive for being served on plastic plate, like it had been microwaved to cook it too. The pastries definitely looked better. Some of the ladies were oh so happy, and others of us were kinda let down by the food. Second visit was last week. Came for evening snack with a friend mid-week. Again, very nice staff and clean location. I got coffee and a chocolate mousse bomb dessert. It was so pretty, maybe looked a *little* better than it tasted but solid choice. My friend got a sandwich — it was a nice size — like some other reviewers noted, their sandwiches aren’t known for including sufficient filling for the price. A lot of bread in comparison to filling. She thought it was tasty, though. It is hard to tell what the menu offerings are and how much they cost. I’d give location, very nice staff, and baked goods like breads(to go) a four and a half. The breakfasts and sandwich fillings a two and a half. That turns into 3.5 stars for me. For breakfast, I’d choose The Egg and I(a couple blocks away– so great!) instead of Kneaders, and I’d go to Panera for lunch or dinner instead. I’d choose Kneaders for an evening dessert and coffee or some cute bread loaves to buy as little gifts. Will go back and try it again though, hoping they address some of these issues reviewers are commenting on like menu descriptions and price being more visible, sandwiches not being so skimpily filled, and breakfast eggs costing more than their lackluster taste deserves.

Sorry folks, not a fan of this food at all. Have visited a couple of locations(one in Colorado Springs) and now the newest location here in Castle Rock and simply am not impressed. I was determined to try«one more time» to see if the food I’d chosen on my previous visits was simply poor selection on my part. Both breakfast and lunch were disappointing and truthfully I doubt I’ll go back. My most recent visit(for breakfast) here in Castle Rock was to try the Cinnamon French Toast and while I guess I can see the appeal, it simply wasn’t for me. The bread is thick and doughy and frankly if you«all you can eat» as you’re allowed to here, you will be too. Maybe it’s just that the selections are so unhealthy that I find this restaurant so unappealing. Maybe it’s the lack of seating both times I’ve visited. Either way I needn’t worry about it any longer as there are far better options in Castle Rock, Denver and the Springs.

I had never heard of Kneaders before A friend brought in some cinnamon rolls a couple of months ago. Was very happy to hear they are branching out and landed in Castle Rock. While the parking over at this new location sucks, it’s not their fault but that of the developer. Managed to get the last spot and walked into quite a line! We made it through and got our orders within ten minutes. Food was hot and very good. They have lots of little things you can buy while waiting and the seating is plentiful.

So far so good I had an awesome experience at kneaders so far. The customer service lady at the front where you place your order is always so sweet and so kind and always has great recommendations for what to order. I recently got the cranberry sunflower turkey salad and it was excellent the dressing is superb I definitely recommend getting this. My husband and I both splurged and got a piece of pie my husband got pumpkin and I got a piece of key lime pie and they were both very good. I’m so thankful Castle Rock finally has a decent place to eat especially near the outlet. The food is always very delicious and I love all the options from the bakery! It is expensive. But what isn’t these days!??

The atmosphere and location deserve 5 stars, but the food was 2 – 3 stats at best. I was hoping for something different than a paneta bread but this place simply had to many similarities. There was no flavor to the oatmeal, the breakfast sandwich was ok, but still somewhat bland. For those that have bland pallets they might like the menu and food. I also felt the menu was restrictive and not enough choices

With all of the construction going on, it was a little challenging to get into the crowded parking lot here. Once I walked up to the door, I realized the line stretched all the way back to the door! While I was there waiting in line, the line actually continued outside of the restaurant! There were not any menus to look at while waiting, besides the menus on the wall, and since it was my first time, I would have loved to have been able to see more of the menu while waiting in the long line. It also would have been really nice to have an employee offer samples of baked goods, bread, or even a smoothie while waiting in that long line. This is basically a more expensive/upscale type of Panera with granite tabletops and tile floors. The bakery items are also a bit more varied than what Panera offers. I had a chicken pesto panini, and a chocolate éclair for dessert. They bring the food out to you when it is ready, so you have to listen for your name. The bread on my panini was soggy, and one half had fallen apart, so when I picked it up, everything fell out of the bread. The sandwich itself was very bland, as it was just some sliced pieces of chicken breast, cheese, tomato and about four leaves of fresh basil. The éclair was a bit better and totally had a ton of creamy filling inside and lots of chocolate on top. I would like to try their breakfast menu at some point, but for lunch, I will definitely not be running back anytime soon.
