They wanted $ 12 to pack my box with peanuts and tape. This on toop of th $ 13 I paid for the box. I went and did it for free at a different fed ex shipping spot

Dropped off a return package today, i forgot to tape it up and the lady was super nice she taped it up for me, printed my receipt and tracking info and i was on my way within 5 min. Great service & made everything easy :)

I went to ship a package for the corporate office, the manager came to help, he was nice. After telling him what I needed, he took off. Then girl name Lauren came to assist me, my request was simple, I just needed to ship an item to my corporate office with the corporate FedEx account. she was so snooty and snappy. Like I am taking up her time. She asked me if I wanted them to wrap it up because it wasn’t, so I said«please,» but she started acting like I am totally ruining her day. I simply asked her if I could ship it, and referenced to her that her manager said he would wrap it up for me. After she did her thing, she said you’re done. I didn’t get any receipt, so I asked if I am supposed to get one, said said, «no,» «we will send you an email with confirmation and tracking number. I said, well what if I had no proof that I dropped it off at FedEx and the package go missing in the mean time?» She gave me even more attitude. Ignored me from this point on no matter what I said. She then reluctantly gave me a receipt but with no tracking number. I thought that it’s good for now since I will get an email confirmation. I still did not get a tracking number in the email. I called to talk to the manager but he wasn’t there. so I cannot track my package. And my company is bugging me about it. Go somewhere else. They apparently do not know what to do to be professional or be helpful… or be nice.

I use this FedEx Office store several times a week. One could not ask for more helpful people. They always happily scan my packages(some with preprinted labels) and give me a receipt. When I needed to ship a package to Australia, they were very helpful, even going to the trouble to print for me what was/was not allowed to be shipped/imported. If you don’t use this store you are missing a good bet.

Avoid this FedEx ATALLCOST. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I went in to ship a bike that was professional packed by a local Castle Rock bike store. I was told that my box was unfit for shipping the bike and that I needed to buy $ 15 worth of peanuts and bubble rap. I can tell you bikes ship all day long from Europe and China with no such added waste. My bike was already rapped in foam and cardboard on tubes, etc. It gets worse. I had the bike and box weighted at the bike store at 29lbs and the dimensions on the box where actually printed on it from the manufacture. I then went to FedEx web site and got a quote for the destination, weight and dimension. FedEx quote was $ 48.40 for 3 day Ground. This location tried to add additional length to the box and weight to get the price up. At the end, they tried to charge me $ 136 for the same shipment. I took my bike box, said F$%^%^ You and will never be back. Please don’t do business at this location. They are unethical, not customer focused and lack the basic skills needed to be successful. Manager and team are looser all the way around.
