Taco John’s

«Taco, Taco John… I wanna be, a Taco John!»
Its a chain fast food Mexican eatery that is 99% exactly like Taco Bell, literally.
But there is a decent salsa bar with Pico de Gallo and Jalepenos, which you can jazz up your otherwise bland food. Its a step above Taco Bell. But I think «Taco Juan» would be a better name.

I have not been inside since it was remodeled (I mostly hit the drive-​thru when traveling between Colorado and Montana). It used to be one of the dirtiest, grimiest Taco John’s I have ever been to. If the inside looks as nice as the outside now does, this would be a dramatic improvement.
They serve standard Taco John’s fare here, which, even when it is bad, is still okay. Sadly, the Wyoming locations no longer have the Sierra Chicken sandwich, which, even its sad current version (versus the gigantic sandwich of the late 80’s /​early 90’s) is still pretty tasty.
For those who don’t know TJ’s, they have pretty basic tacos (Crispy tacos, soft tacos, taco bravo…). However, you can get a very hot green taco sauce on them that is quite addictive. The Potato Olés® (tater tots) are completely unhealthy and particularly tasty.
