Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The sand which here was delicious and the smoothly was good as well! We both got a half sandwich and smoothly. The healthy smoothly was delicious and had good flavor with all natural sweetness and no sugar added.

I was inclined to not visit this place because it’s a chain and I assumed it would be like Jamba Juice with a bunch of smoothies packed full of sugar and few «healthy» options. I was very wrong. There’s a «Detox» smoothie on the menu, but the manager (she’s the black chick with braids) told me I could just order anything without sugar. That was good advice because this place has lot of options. I’ve tried basically everything on the menu now, since I go there often. I met the owner last time I was there, she was extremely nice. This is a great business that just might be in a bad location (between bass pro shop and some other daytime-​only businesses). I really, really hope it succeeds because for those of us that don’t love pizza and thai food everyday, it’s good to have an alternative.
The food menu is also great. They have tacos, which are well made and flavorful, and sandwiches which are also healthy. The prices are reasonable, especially for the food.
Try this place if you’re into green smoothies. Don’t be fooled, there are healthy options here.

Love this place! The food is really tasty. I’ve had the Korean BBQ Pork taco and Cilantro Lime Fish taco. I also tried the Pearific Green Tea smoothie which was great. Service is very friendly and fast.

Smoothies tasted great, after we got the correct order. I ordered the rockin raspberry, yum!
A soft spoken employee (not the same one that took our order) came out with 2 smoothies and walked straight to my husband and I. She quietly spoke and when we didn’t hear what she said my husband pointed to me and said «she got the raspberry». The employee then handed us each a smoothie. As we walked out we each thought they didn’t taste a thing like what we’d thought we’d ordered but when I finally saw that the smoothie names were written on the cups we turned around and headed back. As we opened the door, another couple and the woman who took our order exclaimed that «we took their order!». We just got glares as we threw them out and accepted the correct order. I found that the way it was handled was rude on all accounts and that they need a better system of execution. The smoothie I was given was labeled «acai berry boost» (not raspberry). I can only assume it had some sort of caffeine added. I am pregnant so I am not to drink caffeine. The one my husband was given was labeled «whey», which is something some people are highly allergic to. Please be careful people!!!

Amazing and healthy smoothies not sugary or bland at all. I just wish they will used organic fruit. I haven’t tried the food here but I don’t think I would either because it doesn’t look appetizing looks more like frozen and not fresh. But I come here at least once a week for a smoothie and I’m always impressed I stick to the fruit smoothies only so I can’t speak for the chocolate ones.

Manager was rude when I wanted to change my order to «No Sugar». All the other locations are always polite enough to ask my preference. This was my first time visiting this location. #SoDisappointed #HorribleCustomerService

Absolutely delicious. We got all three tacos — very good. Korean BBQ was spicy but it had cucumbers in it which balanced it out. My son had a quesadilla that was so cheesy and huge. I had a buffalo chicken wrap which was amazing. Very reasonably priced too.

Love this place! Really good food, which surprised me for what I thought was just a smoothie place. I love the Jamaican Jerk Chicken wrap… full of flavor. Island Green Smoothie is soooo good. Staff is a rare breed of genuinely friendly and helpful, and the price is right!

For weeks on end when I go to work I have been craving something healthy. The only thing nearby has been McDonalds. That’s kind of a far cry from what I wanted– so I was stuck with the generally mediocre Subway next door. Gone are the days where I have to struggle to find something fast but healthy! I am so happy to have tropical smoothie open up right next door. They have been sampling all of their smoothies and, believe it or not, the spinach kale and mango smoothie is Delish! They also have sandwiches with artisan style bread and bacon. Who doesn’t love bacon! I wil see you soon, tropical smoothie café!
