Starbucks

Huh, the slow service? Far from it! Service was so quick and got my order right. Whole lotta smile from everyone working there… must be the southern hospitality…

This is one of the slower ones in the area! Ugh the staff is usually not friendly and today was even worse than usual. They have been known to get my drinks wrong, too. I rank this one as first worse in the area for speed and friendliness.

Why is this the slowest Starbucks in the area?! Both drive thru and inside are so slow! The checkout guy asked me 3 times if I wanted anything else. He was on autopilot and clearly wasn’t listening to me.

I am a daily, loyal Starbucks drinker and there is nothing in the world I love more than my Blonde, Hazelnut, Soy, Misto after dinner while I get my work done. I have been to this Starbucks once before since I am in town on business but this evening, I asked for the same exact thing I get at the same time everyday and the first one they made (in a «for here» mug as usual) was not a misto and had no foam and was very dark, I didn’t bother tasting it since it was visibly incorrect. They immediately made another one which looked right but tasted like motor oil. I asked her if they remembered the Hazlenut and she offered to add more, which I stirred in and it still tasted awful. I finally told her I would just go to another Starbucks since I couldn’t figure out what to tell her to make it the right way. Their drive through was getting busy and I didn’t want to be «that customer» and cause a scene while they were busy so I told her not to bother with trying to make a third one. Normally I wouldn’t complain at all except I had to drive to another Starbucks and pay for my drink again so I could get what I ordered.

Everytime I have went to this particular Starbucks, I have had to wait a good while in their drive-​thru line. I understand this is a busy location (like all Starbucks) but waiting more than 10 minutes in line is a little extreme.

Consistently the slowest Starbucks drive-​through in the area. Not sure why there is no sense of urgency. I only stop at this location when I’m desperate for coffee.

I really like the the indoor and outdoor seating for this Starbucks. I normally sit in and try to get some work done. Not a lot of chatter going on so that’s a plus. As for the service, it seems consistent and I’ve never had an issue with my order. Like most Starbucks, if there is any problem with quality of their items, they are always willing to replace it. The drive thru seems too be consistently busy, but I don’t use it. Getting in and out of Crossroads can be a chore especially during the holidays.

Nice location at Crossroads with ample seating inside and out, however with construction going on next door, I would not choose to sit outside. I ordered my drink and got it after about a five minute wait. I think the one who was making drinks was backed up. I think they also need to be friendlier and break a smile.

Great location and good seating arrangements compared to most Starbucks. The coffee is great and service is good.
This location has drive through as an option. I always use their outside seating, which is really enjoyable.

My favorite coffee shop, I have a complicated order and they always make it the way I love it. It’s a nice place to sit and do work or meet friends.

Not our preferred Starbucks but good coffee. Never crowded and drive thru is always short.

The absolute best Starbucks in the area! Perfect service, friendly Batista’s, comfy ambiance. We have been going there for years. We love Pam!!!

Great selection of food and fast, friendly service. What more could I ask for? The ambience isn’t bad either…

After several visits to this particular location I can’t fathom coming again solely due to poor customer service. On more then one occasion they have make a mistake in my order and I left without an apology. Instead I feel guilty that they made the mistake. Stay away and go to Walnut instead.

wow. I’m very fond of starbucks from long time. Where ever you go SBUX follows you.:P located almost every where in US. I’m proud to say that im gold member of starbucks. I also would like to spend beautiful evenings at SBUX.
I go to this starbucks cuz its close my office and convenient. Its your typical starbucks so nothing is great about this location. staff are friendly but some people doesn’t have smile on their face or else i would have given 5 stars.:)

One of my favorite Starbucks around Cary. Nice and workers.

I like this location. The beverages are as consistent as other Starbucks, and the staff is not overly friendly, but will engage in conversation if you start one. They have a few outdoor tables which are shaded around noon. The bathrooms have a small table for you to put your stuff down as well as a coat rack. Inside, its like any other Starbucks — variety of tables and cushy chairs.
If you are fond of visiting Starbucks, this is one of the better options in the area.

I’m a pretty big fan of this Starbucks. I really like the central location at Crossroads Mall — very convenient. Nice lighting in the dining room, service is always very friendly, drinks and coffee are great, as typical at a Starbucks. Parking can be a little challenging, especially on a big shopping day, but there is a drive-​thru. I’ve noticed that wifi can be slow if you’re hanging out to get some work done.
But, overall, this one is a winner!

Just your average Starbucks experience. You have to ask for ‘extra hot’ if you want something hotter that luke warm coffee.

Typical Starbucks, people are great here as always.
